【摘要】：我國每年要對小學(xué)一年級學(xué)生和初中一年級學(xué)生進(jìn)行卡介苗復(fù)種，為探討卡介苗復(fù)種的必要性，我們觀察了這兩個復(fù)種年齡組的結(jié)核菌素試驗陽性率和接種卡介苗后的早發(fā)反應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明有85．98％的小學(xué)一年級學(xué)生和96．62％的初中一年級學(xué)生體內(nèi)仍存在有一定的免疫力，因此在這兩個年齡組進(jìn)行長介苗復(fù)種沒有足夠的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Every year, students in the first grade of primary school and the first grade of junior middle school should be replanted with BCG in order to explore the necessity of replanting BCG. We observed the positive rate of tuberculosis test and the early onset reaction after BCG vaccination in these two multiple age groups. The results showed that 85.98% of the students in the first grade of primary school and 96.62% of the students in the first grade of junior middle school still had certain immunity, so there was not enough scientific basis for the replanting of BCG in these two age groups.
