【摘要】：文章分析了澳大利亞公立學(xué)校自治化的緣起、推進及面臨的問題,旨在為我國推進管辦評分離的學(xué)校管理體制改革提供有益借鑒。自20世紀(jì)70年代以來,澳大利亞各州政府致力于提高學(xué)校自主權(quán);2013年,聯(lián)盟黨政府撥�？钔七M"獨立公立學(xué)校計劃",將其上升到國家教育戰(zhàn)略的層面。提高教育質(zhì)量是實施該計劃的內(nèi)在推動力,獨立公立學(xué)校不可選擇學(xué)生,但在運營上擁有更大的決策自主權(quán),同時也要接受相關(guān)問責(zé)。公立學(xué)校自治化運動的成效有待論證。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the origin, promotion and problems of Australian public school autonomy, in order to provide a useful reference for our country to promote the reform of school management system which is separated by management and evaluation. Since the 1970s, Australian state governments have been committed to increasing school autonomy; in 2013, the coalition government earmarked funds to advance the Independent Public Schools Program to the level of a national education strategy. Improving the quality of education is an intrinsic driving force in the implementation of the plan. Independent public schools are not allowed to choose students, but they have greater operational autonomy and accountability. The effect of the public school autonomy movement needs to be proved.
