學生貸款證券化在中國的適用性探索

【摘要】：本文從資產(chǎn)證券化的角度對學生貸款的金融機制進行了探索性研究,希望為中國學生貸款的發(fā)展探索出一條新途徑。探討的內(nèi)容涉及中國實施學生貸款證券化的條件及障礙,并對實施證券化的幾種模式作了比較和分析,并據(jù)此認為:在現(xiàn)有的法律和制度條件下,以信托投資公司作為學生貸款證券化產(chǎn)品的發(fā)行機構(gòu),是中國開展學生貸款證券化的可選模式。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the financial mechanism of student loan from the perspective of asset securitization, hoping to explore a new way for the development of student loan in China. This paper discusses the conditions and obstacles of implementing securitization of student loans in China, compares and analyzes several models of securitization, and points out that under the existing legal and institutional conditions, As the issuing institution of student loan securitization products, trust investment company is the optional mode of student loan securitization in China.
