【摘要】：目的　了解深圳青少年知識(shí)、態(tài)度、行為現(xiàn)狀 ,并將研究結(jié)果與香港地區(qū)青少年進(jìn)行比較 ,以進(jìn)一步了解深港兩地青少年性健康狀況的差異。方法　采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法分別抽取深圳、香港初中三年級(jí)以上的高年級(jí)中學(xué)生 2 180名和 4 116名進(jìn)行匿名問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果　深圳青少年性知識(shí)的知曉率低于香港青少年 ,差異有顯著性 ;性知識(shí)獲取途徑以大眾媒體為主。性態(tài)度方面 ,香港學(xué)生更為開(kāi)放 ,但深圳學(xué)生在對(duì)待婚外性行為和約會(huì)行為的態(tài)度上較香港學(xué)生開(kāi)放 ,差異有顯著性 ;戀愛(ài)、手淫和性交都有一定的發(fā)生率 ,其中深圳男生的性交行為發(fā)生率較高 ,差異有顯著性。結(jié)論　深圳、香港兩地青少年在性知識(shí)、態(tài)度和行為的模式上
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior of adolescents in Shenzhen, and compare the results with those in Hong Kong in order to understand the difference of sexual health status between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Methods Stratified cluster random sampling was used to select 2 180 and 4 116 senior middle school students from Shenzhen and Hong Kong respectively. Results the awareness rate of sex knowledge in Shenzhen teenagers was lower than that in Hong Kong, and the main way of obtaining sexual knowledge was mass media. In terms of sexual attitudes, Hong Kong students are more open, but Shenzhen students are more open to extramarital sexual behavior and dating behavior than Hong Kong students, and there are significant differences; there is a certain incidence of love, masturbation and sexual intercourse. The incidence of sexual intercourse among boys in Shenzhen was higher and the difference was significant. Conclusion the patterns of sexual knowledge, attitude and behavior of adolescents in Shenzhen and Hong Kong are discussed.
