【摘要】:正一、實然性思考:學(xué)校是否"在"改革上級部門企圖利用"學(xué)校"這一單位來達成教育改革目標,而學(xué)校則在利用"單位"這一職能與上級周旋和博弈。這啟示我們,改革本身的缺陷構(gòu)成了改革低效性的誘發(fā)因素。這種缺陷往往體現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:First, realistic thinking: whether the school is trying to use the unit of "school" to achieve the goal of education reform, while the school is making use of the function of "unit" to deal with and play games with the superior. This enlightens us that the defects of the reform itself constitute the inducing factors of the inefficiency of the reform. This defect often manifests itself.
