【摘要】：學校欺負問題愈來愈引發(fā)社會和學界的關(guān)注,需要建立制度,實現(xiàn)多元主體共同參與的學校欺負"治理"。制度是連接學校欺負干預(yù)與教育治理的中介和橋梁,也是教育治理視角下充分發(fā)揮學校欺負干預(yù)體系作用的保障。需要構(gòu)建以教育為主的學校欺負干預(yù)教育治理體系,建立以建制為主的多學科、多層次、多主體參與的社會支持干預(yù)機制。在此基礎(chǔ)上,加強以預(yù)防為主的學校欺負干預(yù)實證研究,逐步逼近"無欺負校園"。
[Abstract]:The school bullying is more and more arousing the attention of the society and the academic circle , and it is necessary to establish the system and realize the school bullying of the multi - body co - participation . The system is the intermediary and the bridge which connects the school bullying and the educational administration . It also plays the role of the school bullying intervention system in the view of the educational administration . It needs to construct the education - oriented school bullying the intervention education management system , establish the multi - disciplinary , multi - level and multi - subject participation of the society support intervention mechanism based on the construction system . On this basis , strengthen the school bullying intervention demonstration study with prevention , and gradually approach " no bullying campus " .
