【摘要】：荷蘭CITO學(xué)生監(jiān)測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)在教育評(píng)價(jià)理念、技術(shù)、手段和反饋報(bào)告等方面對(duì)構(gòu)建中國(guó)教育考試評(píng)價(jià)體系都有值得借鑒之處。通過(guò)深入剖析荷蘭CITO提供的全國(guó)性學(xué)生監(jiān)測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)表明,利用大規(guī)模教育考試開(kāi)展學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)促進(jìn)教學(xué)是充分發(fā)揮考試功能的必然要求。構(gòu)建我國(guó)教育考試評(píng)價(jià)體系應(yīng)充分利用現(xiàn)代教育測(cè)量理論和技術(shù),以能力立意引導(dǎo)命題并將有效的考試數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化到同一能力量尺上,為開(kāi)展針對(duì)學(xué)生、學(xué)校和地區(qū)橫向?qū)Ρ群涂v向追蹤評(píng)價(jià)反饋提供客觀、科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The Dutch CITO student monitoring and evaluation system is worthy of reference in the aspects of educational evaluation idea, technology, means and feedback report. A thorough analysis of the national student monitoring and evaluation system provided by CITO in the Netherlands shows that it is necessary to make use of large-scale educational examinations to carry out academic quality evaluation and promote teaching to give full play to the function of examination. To construct the educational examination evaluation system of our country, we should make full use of the modern educational measurement theory and technology, guide the proposition with the ability and transform the effective test data to the same power scale, in order to carry out the aim at the students. School and area horizontal contrast and longitudinal tracking feedback provide objective and scientific basis.
