【摘要】：當(dāng)前農(nóng)民工隨遷子女教育中最突出的問題就是進(jìn)入學(xué)校之后的融入問題。在影響其教育融入的眾多因素中,農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移是一個(gè)不可忽略的因素。從我國農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的特點(diǎn)來看,存在著不徹底和不充分性,這導(dǎo)致了農(nóng)民工在城市的整體弱勢化狀態(tài)及較低的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位,從而對農(nóng)民工子女在城市的教育起點(diǎn)、教育過程、教育結(jié)果等階段以及文化層面的融入都造成了不良的影響,阻礙了農(nóng)民工子女對城市的整體教育融入。促進(jìn)我國農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的徹底和充分轉(zhuǎn)移,可以有效解決農(nóng)民工子女對城市的教育融入問題。
[Abstract]:The most prominent problem of the current migrant worker's children's education is the integration problem after entering the school. The transfer of rural labor force is a non-negligible factor in many factors that affect the integration of education. From the characteristics of the rural labor force transfer in our country, there are incomplete and inadequate, which leads to the overall vulnerability of the migrant workers in the city and the lower socio-economic status, thus the educational starting point and the educational process of the children of the migrant workers in the city, The result of education and other stages as well as the integration of the cultural level have resulted in bad influence, which has hindered the integration of the children's children into the overall education of the city. To promote the thorough and full transfer of the rural labor force in our country, we can effectively solve the problem of the children's children's education and integration into the city.
