【摘要】：我國高等教育的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,尤其是從精英型教育轉(zhuǎn)向“大眾化”教育以來,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生人數(shù)逐年上升,隨之而來的就業(yè)問題也越來越突出。大學(xué)生是凝聚了國家、社會、家庭無數(shù)希望和目光的群體,如何幫助他們畢業(yè)后順利找到適合自己專業(yè)和特長的工作,是每個高校普遍面臨的重要課題。就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程的開設(shè)可以引導(dǎo)和幫助大學(xué)生充分認(rèn)識自身特點(diǎn)、了解社會需求、最終成功就業(yè),也是解決現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題、提高高校就業(yè)率的一個有效且必要的途徑。在Web技術(shù)被廣泛應(yīng)用的大環(huán)境下,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)《就業(yè)指導(dǎo)》網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程,能更有效地促進(jìn)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的開展,保證學(xué)生可以隨時隨地進(jìn)行課程學(xué)習(xí)的可能性。 本文在研究中引入了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的思想。數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)越來越成熟,存儲在數(shù)據(jù)庫中的信息也在急劇增長。而據(jù)調(diào)查顯示,大部分高校信息管理系統(tǒng)中存儲的數(shù)據(jù),80%以上都只提供簡單的查詢功能,隱藏在這些數(shù)據(jù)中的潛在關(guān)系幾乎都未被發(fā)現(xiàn)和利用。筆者以S大學(xué)教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中的學(xué)生成績信息、就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫中的學(xué)生就業(yè)信息為對象,結(jié)合學(xué)生的基本信息和在校期間的表現(xiàn),利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)中基于支持向量機(jī)(Support Vector Machine,SVM)的特征選擇算法,找出這些不同數(shù)據(jù)庫中信息之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果在建設(shè)《就業(yè)指導(dǎo)》網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程中的應(yīng)用,為建設(shè)該課程的學(xué)習(xí)平臺提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。論文總共分為五個章節(jié),第一部分介紹了課題研究的背景、研究的意義和目的以及研究的思路和方法,讓讀者對本文有一個總體的認(rèn)識;第二部分闡述了本 論文研究課題所基于的理論基礎(chǔ),并介紹了現(xiàn)階段的研究概況;第三部分對數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)進(jìn)行了概述,著重介紹了SVM的相關(guān)概念、原理和最優(yōu)化方法;第四部分是本文的關(guān)鍵部分,經(jīng)過對原始數(shù)據(jù)的收集、預(yù)處理,利用基于SVM的特征選擇方法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,最終得出實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果,探討其對《就業(yè)指導(dǎo)》網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程建設(shè)的實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。最后一部分是論文的結(jié)論,總結(jié)了在論文研究進(jìn)行過程中存在的不足和進(jìn)一步努力的方向。
[Abstract]:The scale of higher education in China is expanding, especially since the elite education turns to "popular" education, the number of university graduates increases year by year, and the problems of employment become more and more prominent. College students are a group of numerous hopes and eyes of the country, society and family. How to help them to find a job suitable for their specialty and specialty after graduation is an important subject that every university generally faces. The establishment of employment guidance course can guide and help college students to fully understand their own characteristics, understand social needs, and finally succeed in employment. It is also an effective and necessary way to solve the problem of employment of college students at this stage and to improve the employment rate of colleges and universities. In the environment where Web technology is widely used, the design and development of "Employment guidance" network course can promote the development of employment guidance work more effectively, and ensure the possibility for students to study courses at any time and anywhere. In this paper, the idea of data mining is introduced. Database technology is becoming more and more mature, and the information stored in database is growing rapidly. According to the survey, more than 80% of the data stored in the information management systems of colleges and universities only provide simple query function, and the potential relationships hidden in these data are almost not found and utilized. The author takes the student achievement information in the educational administration management system of S University, the student employment information in the employment database as the object, combines the student basic information and the performance during the school period, The feature selection algorithm based on support vector machine (Support Vector Machine,SVM) in data mining technology is used to find out the internal relationship between the information in these different databases. On this basis, the application of the experimental results in the construction of the online course "Employment guidance" is analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the learning platform of the course. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first part introduces the background, significance and purpose of the research, as well as the research ideas and methods, so that readers have a general understanding of this paper; The second part describes the theoretical basis of this research topic, and introduces the current research situation, the third part of the data mining technology is summarized, focusing on the introduction of the relevant concepts of SVM, The fourth part is the key part of this paper, after collecting and preprocessing the original data, using the feature selection method based on SVM to analyze the data, finally get the results of the experiment. To explore its practical guiding significance for the construction of the network course of Employment guidance. The last part is the conclusion of the paper.
