【摘要】：制定教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是澳大利亞政府保障教師隊(duì)伍整體質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)化的一個(gè)重要舉措。本文以澳大利亞新南威爾士教師協(xié)會(huì)頒布的教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為個(gè)案,探究澳大利亞新南威爾士州制定教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的背景和內(nèi)涵,思考澳大利亞教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及對(duì)我國(guó)教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定具有的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:It is an important measure for Australian government to ensure the overall quality of teachers and promote the professionalization of teachers. Taking the teachers' professional standards issued by the New South Wales Teachers Association of Australia as a case study, this paper explores the background and connotation of the teachers' professional standards in New South Wales, Australia. The successful experience of Australian teachers' professional standards and its enlightenment to the establishment of teachers' professional standards in China.
