【摘要】：21世紀(jì),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及應(yīng)用迅速改變?nèi)藗兊纳詈退季S的方式,教育和學(xué)習(xí)的方式也在這個(gè)信息化浪潮中隨之發(fā)生變化,全球范圍的教育信息化革命應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。面對(duì)滾滾而來的教育信息化浪潮,世界各國(guó)都在加快步伐,搶占國(guó)際教育競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的制高點(diǎn)。教育信息化程度的高低,已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家綜合實(shí)力的重要標(biāo)志。教育信息化是推動(dòng)教育改革與發(fā)展的需要,是教育信息化的必由之路。 我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在著不同區(qū)域之間的不平衡,所以不同地域教育信息化的起點(diǎn)和側(cè)重點(diǎn)不一樣,也造成了不同地區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)教育信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)程的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和所遇到問題的千差萬(wàn)別。福建省位于我國(guó)東南沿海,是海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的生力軍,在十一五建設(shè)中,福建省基礎(chǔ)教育信息化建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)了突破性的發(fā)展,然而依然存在地區(qū)之間不平衡等問題。只有對(duì)福建省基礎(chǔ)教育信息化建設(shè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行全面的總結(jié),提升經(jīng)驗(yàn),才能更好地迎接十二五的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法、行動(dòng)研究法,以福建省基礎(chǔ)教育信息化為研究對(duì)象,從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)與應(yīng)用情況、應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)與資源庫(kù)建設(shè)、信息技術(shù)課程開設(shè)與學(xué)科應(yīng)用、人員(教師與學(xué)生)技能建設(shè)情況、管理體制與運(yùn)行機(jī)制情況五個(gè)方面全面了解福建省基礎(chǔ)教育信息化建設(shè)的真實(shí)情況,并通過對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行定量和定性分析相結(jié)合,分析福建省基礎(chǔ)教育信息化已有的成就和面臨的問題。從實(shí)際出發(fā),并結(jié)合福建省當(dāng)前的實(shí)際省情和省教育廳下一步的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,提出針對(duì)性的且有一定可行性的解決策略,以期推進(jìn)本地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化的建設(shè)進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the popularization and application of the Internet changed people's life and the way of thinking rapidly, and the way of education and study also changed in this information tide. The revolution of education informatization emerged as the times require. In the face of the wave of education informatization, all countries in the world are speeding up their pace and seizing the commanding heights of international education competition. It has become an important symbol to measure the comprehensive strength of a country. Education informatization is the need to promote the reform and development of education and the only way of educational informatization. The economic development of our country is unbalanced among different regions, so the starting points and emphases of the informationization of education in different regions are different. Fujian Province, located on the southeast coast of China, is a new force in the economic construction of the West Bank of the Straits. The informatization construction of basic education in Fujian Province has achieved a breakthrough development, but there are still some problems such as imbalance among regions. Only by summing up the working experience of the informatization construction of basic education in Fujian Province comprehensively, promoting the experience, In order to better meet the challenge of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan. Through the methods of literature research, investigation and action research, this paper takes the information of basic education in Fujian Province as the research object, from the construction and application of infrastructure, application system and resource base construction. The information technology course offering and the subject application, the personnel (teacher and student) skill construction, the management system and the operation mechanism situation comprehensively understand the Fujian Province elementary education information construction real situation, Through the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data, this paper analyzes the achievements and problems in the informatization of basic education in Fujian Province, starting from the reality, and combining the current situation of Fujian Province and the next development plan of the Provincial Education Department. This paper puts forward some specific and feasible solving strategies in order to promote the construction process of basic education informatization in this area.
