【摘要】：高校作為人才培養(yǎng)的主陣地,應(yīng)充分吸收人力資源研究的新成果。將心理資本理論引入新生適應(yīng)教育,對(duì)新生進(jìn)行心理資本開(kāi)發(fā)十分必要。從自我效能、樂(lè)觀、希望和復(fù)原力四個(gè)維度開(kāi)發(fā)和培育大學(xué)新生心理資本,能夠有效開(kāi)發(fā)新生的潛能和積極的心理力量,能夠促進(jìn)新生盡快適應(yīng)并融入新環(huán)境,提升學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)全人教育。
[Abstract]:As the main position of talent training, colleges and universities should fully absorb the new achievements of human resources research. It is necessary to introduce the theory of psychological capital into the adaptation education of freshmen, and to develop psychological capital for freshmen. The four dimensions of hope and resilience to develop and cultivate the psychological capital of freshmen can effectively develop the potential and positive psychological power of freshmen, promote freshmen to adapt and integrate into the new environment as soon as possible, and enhance the ability of students to develop in an all-round way. The realization of whole-person education.
