【摘要】：低效是教育改革面臨的重要問題之一,這一問題是多方面原因綜合作用的結(jié)果。從個體角度看,"平庸之惡"是這一問題的重要成因所在。在教育實踐中,"平庸之惡"主要體現(xiàn)為個體對改革方案的簡單接受、對改革內(nèi)容的呆板執(zhí)行以及對評價的形式性應(yīng)對。這帶來的消極影響主要有:教育改革中的偏差得不到及時糾正、改革方案無法發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的效力、教育改革流于形式。究其原因,教育改革參與者的"平庸之惡"主要是其"臣民狀態(tài)"與"私民心態(tài)"綜合作用的結(jié)果。在解決這一問題時,教育改革參與者應(yīng)該從以下四個方面著手:充分了解教育改革的內(nèi)容及相關(guān)觀點;不斷"有思"于教育改革方案及個體與社會的關(guān)系;與相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行積極的對話與溝通;明晰個體在群體中的責(zé)任。
[Abstract]:Inefficiency is one of the important problems faced by educational reform, which is the result of the comprehensive effect of many reasons. From an individual point of view, mediocre evil is an important cause of this problem. In educational practice, "mediocre evil" is mainly reflected in the individual's simple acceptance of the reform plan, the rigid implementation of the reform content and the formal response to the evaluation. The negative effects of this are as follows: the deviation in education reform can not be corrected in time, the reform plan can not play its due effect, and the education reform is mere form. The reason is that the "mediocre evil" of the participants in education reform is mainly the result of the comprehensive effect of their "subject state" and "private mentality". In solving this problem, the participants in educational reform should start from the following four aspects: fully understand the content and related viewpoints of educational reform; constantly "think" in the educational reform plan and the relationship between individual and society; engage in active dialogue and communication with relevant personnel; and clarify the individual responsibility in the group.
