農(nóng)村初中生隱性輟學(xué)的文化分析

【摘要】:目前我國(guó)農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育發(fā)展屬于外延式發(fā)展,解決了辦學(xué)條件和顯性輟學(xué)問題,但無法解決大量存在的農(nóng)村初中生隱性輟學(xué)問題。從文化的角度分析農(nóng)村初中生隱性輟學(xué),發(fā)現(xiàn)其根源在于:學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)在"新讀書無用論"的影響下主動(dòng)放棄教育,現(xiàn)代城市文明的吸引使農(nóng)村學(xué)生疏離農(nóng)村向往城市,這導(dǎo)致了農(nóng)村初中生隱性輟學(xué)的主動(dòng)性;學(xué)校主流文化與農(nóng)村學(xué)生攜帶的勞工文化、鄉(xiāng)村文化之間的沖突從內(nèi)部增加了農(nóng)村學(xué)生取得良好學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)的難度和產(chǎn)生厭學(xué)情緒的可能性,這導(dǎo)致了農(nóng)村初中生隱性輟學(xué)的被動(dòng)性。消除農(nóng)村學(xué)生隱性輟學(xué)需要實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)均衡發(fā)展,在全社會(huì)和學(xué)校教育過程中建立各階層文化、城鄉(xiāng)文化之間平等、共生的關(guān)系,基于農(nóng)村學(xué)生原初的直接經(jīng)驗(yàn),重建學(xué)校文化結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of rural compulsory education in our country belongs to the extension development, which has solved the problems of school running condition and explicit drop out, but can not solve a large number of rural junior high school students' recessive drop out of school.From the perspective of culture, this paper analyzes the recessive dropout rate of rural junior high school students, and finds that its root is that students and parents give up education voluntarily under the influence of "the theory of useless New Reading", and the attraction of modern urban civilization alienates rural students from the countryside and yearns for the city.This led to the initiative of rural junior high school students to drop out of school recessive; the mainstream school culture and the labor culture carried by rural students,The conflict between rural cultures increases the difficulty for rural students to achieve good academic performance and the possibility of weariness, which leads to the passive role of rural junior high school students in dropping out of school recessive.In order to eliminate the recessive dropout of rural students, we need to realize the balanced development of urban and rural areas, establish the culture of all levels in the whole society and the process of school education, the relationship of equality and symbiosis between urban and rural cultures, based on the direct experience of rural students at the beginning.To rebuild the cultural structure of the school.
