【摘要】:在“新世紀(jì)教改工程”和“現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育工程”中,對(duì)教師進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修培訓(xùn)越來(lái)越重要。在教育改革進(jìn)一步深入發(fā)展的背景下,在教師進(jìn)行實(shí)際教學(xué)中對(duì)教師應(yīng)用教育技術(shù)的能力有很高的要求,網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修對(duì)于中小學(xué)教師來(lái)說(shuō)是非常重要的,它是提高教師的專業(yè)水平以及教育現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重要部分。然而,目前中小學(xué)教師教育培訓(xùn)仍然存在很多問(wèn)題,培訓(xùn)成效受到多種因素的制約,基于這種情況,本文通過(guò)“百年樹(shù)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修平臺(tái)”的中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中取得的成效以及問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析研究,希望能夠找到一個(gè)可借鑒、可遷移、并且有效的普遍適用的方法以供后續(xù)培訓(xùn)參考借鑒,使對(duì)中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)的培訓(xùn)能夠更加科學(xué)、規(guī)范、成熟,大力提高培訓(xùn)效果。就論文中討論的這些問(wèn)題,使用了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談?wù){(diào)查等方法,通過(guò)對(duì)參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修的教師來(lái)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解教師對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修內(nèi)容設(shè)置、參訓(xùn)形式等方面的評(píng)價(jià)情況。根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,對(duì)建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修模式展開(kāi)論述。論文主要分為五個(gè)方面:第一部分是對(duì)主要是對(duì)問(wèn)題的提出、研究目的、基本理論以及研究方法,通過(guò)對(duì)理論的研究對(duì)后續(xù)的模式設(shè)計(jì)奠定基礎(chǔ)。第二部分主要是對(duì)目前參加網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修教師的教育技術(shù)水平現(xiàn)狀以及培訓(xùn)需求的調(diào)查分析,通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)其中所在的問(wèn)題,并根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)反映的情況提出解決方案,論述構(gòu)建在網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修平臺(tái)下開(kāi)展中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力培訓(xùn)模式的價(jià)值和意義,并探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修模式的實(shí)用性和可操作性。第三部分是針對(duì)泛在學(xué)習(xí)視野下對(duì)研修平臺(tái)的內(nèi)容設(shè)置和組織管理模式具體描述,討論中小學(xué)教師進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)的目的及其培訓(xùn)的意義。第四部分針對(duì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果和泛在學(xué)習(xí)理論下網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修設(shè)計(jì)流程圖對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修模式進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)踐。主要包括對(duì)培訓(xùn)方案的設(shè)計(jì)、組織實(shí)施、考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、培訓(xùn)的效果分析。最后一部分為總結(jié),主要概括本研究取得的成效與使用價(jià)值,對(duì)以后更進(jìn)一步的研究提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In the "New Century Education Reform Project" and "Modern distance Education Project", it is more and more important to carry out network training for teachers. In the actual teaching of teachers there is a high requirement for teachers' ability to apply educational technology. Network study is very important for primary and secondary school teachers. It is an important part of improving the professional level of teachers and the modernization of education. However, at present, there are still many problems in the education and training of primary and secondary school teachers, and the effectiveness of training is restricted by many factors, based on this situation. This paper analyzes and studies the achievements and problems in the process of educational technology training of primary and secondary school teachers based on the "Network training platform for the hundred years", hoping to find a transferable and referential one. And effective and universally applicable methods for the subsequent training reference, so that the primary and secondary school teachers' education technology training can be more scientific, standardized, mature. To improve the effectiveness of training. On these issues discussed in the paper, the use of questionnaire and interview survey methods, through the participation of the network of teachers to investigate to understand the content of the network of teachers to set up. According to the results of the investigation, the paper discusses the establishment of network research model. The paper is divided into five aspects: the first part is mainly to put forward the problem, the purpose of the research. Basic theories and research methods. Through the theoretical study to lay the foundation for the subsequent pattern design. The second part is mainly to participate in network training teachers' educational technology level and training needs of the investigation and analysis. Through the study to find where the problem, and according to the situation reflected by the data proposed solutions, discusses the value and significance of building a network research platform to carry out the educational technology training model of primary and secondary school teachers. And discusses the practicability and operability of the network research model. The third part is a detailed description of the content setting and organization management model of the research platform under the universal learning vision. The purpose of distance training for primary and secondary school teachers and the significance of training are discussed. Part 4th designs and practices the mode of network training according to the results of questionnaire survey and the flow chart of network study design under the general learning theory. Include the design of training programmes. The last part is a summary of the results and use value of this research, which provides a reference for further research.
