【摘要】：隨著義務(wù)教育普及政策的實(shí)施,全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)教育的發(fā)展水平明顯提高。但受社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、制度、公共服務(wù)設(shè)施等諸多國(guó)情因素影響,教育的不均衡發(fā)展已成為我國(guó)當(dāng)前教育事業(yè)的普遍問(wèn)題。學(xué)校是開(kāi)展教育活動(dòng)的載體,也是教育資源依托的實(shí)體。做好公共服務(wù)設(shè)施中的教育設(shè)施配置規(guī)劃是城市教育均衡發(fā)展的根本。本文的研究對(duì)象是朝陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)小學(xué)教育資源,從學(xué)校網(wǎng)點(diǎn)分布、教育資源質(zhì)量、空間要素關(guān)聯(lián)分析等方面,研判市內(nèi)各小學(xué)教育資源布局的不合理之處。通過(guò)對(duì)教育資源可達(dá)性的評(píng)價(jià),發(fā)現(xiàn)研究區(qū)內(nèi)獲得教育資源便捷和缺乏的地點(diǎn),為進(jìn)一步合理劃分學(xué)區(qū)和優(yōu)化配置教育資源提供支持,具有明顯的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。全文共分六部分內(nèi)容:第一章為論文研究的緒論部分,闡述了研究背景、意義和目的以及教育設(shè)施布局和GIS的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述,并提出本文的研究方法和范圍。第二章主要介紹本文研究的相關(guān)理論,主要的理論包括教育資源空間分布、GIS空間分析技術(shù)和教育資源可達(dá)性。第三章為朝陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)小學(xué)教育資源配置現(xiàn)狀的分析。對(duì)朝陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)小學(xué)的基本情況進(jìn)行概括,從網(wǎng)點(diǎn)分布、校際差異、區(qū)際差異,以及單體學(xué)校的質(zhì)量對(duì)比,多角度分析小學(xué)教育資源配置的現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)。第四章為朝陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)小學(xué)布局的空間分析,分別利用緩沖區(qū)、Voronoi圖劃分出了小學(xué)的服務(wù)區(qū)域,運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析對(duì)小學(xué)的入學(xué)可達(dá)性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),將劃分出的服務(wù)區(qū)與現(xiàn)狀學(xué)區(qū)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)狀學(xué)區(qū)的不足之處。第五章總結(jié)梳理了前四章研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)的朝陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)小學(xué)教育資源存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了優(yōu)化的原則和對(duì)策。第六章對(duì)本文研究進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),提出不足之處和未來(lái)展望。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of compulsory education popularization policy, the development level of basic education in the whole country has been obviously improved. However, under the influence of many national factors, such as society, economy, culture, system, public service facilities and so on, the unbalanced development of education has become a common problem in our country at present. School is not only the carrier of educational activities, but also the entity of educational resources. It is the foundation of the balanced development of urban education to do a good job in the allocation planning of educational facilities in public service facilities. The research object of this paper is the primary school education resources in the central urban area of Chaoyang City. From the aspects of school network distribution, educational resources quality, spatial factor correlation analysis and so on, the unreasonable distribution of primary school education resources in Chaoyang City is studied and judged. Through the evaluation of the accessibility of educational resources, it is found that it is of great practical significance to obtain convenient and scarce educational resources in the study area, which provides support for the further rational division of school districts and the optimal allocation of educational resources. The full text is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction part of the paper, which expounds the research background, significance and purpose, as well as the layout of educational facilities and GIS literature review at home and abroad, and puts forward the research methods and scope of this paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the related theories studied in this paper, including the spatial distribution of educational resources, GIS spatial analysis technology and the accessibility of educational resources. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of primary education resources allocation in the central urban area of Chaoyang City. This paper summarizes the basic situation of primary schools in the central urban area of Chaoyang City, and analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the allocation of primary education resources from many angles from the aspects of dot distribution, inter-school differences, interregional differences, and the quality comparison of single schools. The fourth chapter is the spatial analysis of the layout of primary schools in the central urban area of Chaoyang City, using buffer zone and Voronoi diagram to divide the service area of primary school, using network analysis to evaluate the accessibility of primary school admission, comparing the divided service area with the current school district, and finding the shortcomings of the current school district. The fifth chapter summarizes and combs the problems existing in the primary education resources in the central urban area of Chaoyang City found in the first four chapters, and puts forward the principles and countermeasures of optimization. The sixth chapter summarizes the research of this paper, and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects for the future.
