棲霞區(qū)小學(xué)家校合作現(xiàn)狀分析與策略探究

【摘要】:教育的發(fā)展與完善,需要家庭和學(xué)校這兩個(gè)教育主體目標(biāo)統(tǒng)一、行動(dòng)一致,形成合力,共同承擔(dān)起育人的艱巨任務(wù)。家校合作不可避免,加強(qiáng)家校合作已經(jīng)成為今日學(xué)校改革的重要內(nèi)容。城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部地區(qū)家長(zhǎng)的家校合作意識(shí)不強(qiáng),缺乏與學(xué)校及教師的溝通,對(duì)于家庭教育的認(rèn)識(shí)過(guò)于陳舊,極少?gòu)暮⒆尤税l(fā)展的角度處理問(wèn)題。本地區(qū)的學(xué)校更應(yīng)該重視家校合作,加強(qiáng)指導(dǎo)家長(zhǎng)如何進(jìn)行適合自己孩子的家庭教育,及應(yīng)對(duì)策略,提高家長(zhǎng)的教育素養(yǎng)和家庭教育的水平,形成合力,共同促進(jìn)學(xué)生的健康全面發(fā)展。筆者選擇研究棲霞區(qū)這一城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部地區(qū)的小學(xué)家校合作的發(fā)展與實(shí)施,不僅可以總結(jié)本地區(qū)學(xué)校家校合作已經(jīng)取得的成績(jī),發(fā)現(xiàn)仍然存在的問(wèn)題,找到提升家校合作效率的策略與方法,而且可以為其他相似地區(qū)的家校合作提供一定的幫助和研究基礎(chǔ)。本研究主要使用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談的方法,重點(diǎn)對(duì)棲霞區(qū)四所小學(xué)開(kāi)展家校合作的情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,進(jìn)而對(duì)其開(kāi)展家校合作的情況和效果進(jìn)行研究。全文分為四個(gè)部分。首先,闡述了研究的緣起,分析了開(kāi)展家校合作的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,確定研究的內(nèi)容與方法;其次,對(duì)家校合作這一核心概念進(jìn)行了界定,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)家校合作的研究進(jìn)行了綜述和解讀;然后實(shí)施調(diào)查,梳理調(diào)查結(jié)果,從學(xué)校和家庭兩個(gè)方面去分析棲霞區(qū)家校合作的問(wèn)題。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),棲霞區(qū)的學(xué)校、家庭雙方都缺乏家校合作的意識(shí),雖然部分學(xué)校一直在開(kāi)展比較零散的家校合作活動(dòng),但對(duì)家校合作缺乏整體上的規(guī)劃和公正客觀的評(píng)價(jià)。此地區(qū)的家長(zhǎng)群體結(jié)構(gòu)多樣化、大多數(shù)家長(zhǎng)的基本素質(zhì)不高,對(duì)家校合作的責(zé)任也不夠明確,棲霞的家校合作將迎來(lái)更大的挑戰(zhàn);最后,對(duì)改善棲霞區(qū)的家校合作提出了一些建議。包括,加強(qiáng)家校雙方的合作意識(shí),重視家長(zhǎng)的作用和教師培訓(xùn),建立健全家校合作制度和評(píng)價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:The development and perfection of education requires the unity of the goals and actions of the two main bodies of education, family and school, forming a joint force and undertaking the arduous task of educating people together. Home-school cooperation is inevitable, strengthening home-school cooperation has become an important content of today's school reform. In the urban-rural areas, parents' awareness of home-school cooperation is not strong, lack of communication with schools and teachers, the understanding of family education is too old, rarely from the point of view of children's whole-person development. Schools in this region should pay more attention to home-school cooperation, strengthen guidance to parents on how to carry out family education suitable for their children, and strategies to improve their parents' educational attainment and level of family education, so as to form a joint force. Jointly promote the healthy and all-round development of students. The author chooses to study the development and implementation of the cooperation between scientists and schools in Qixia District, a part of urban and rural areas, which can not only summarize the achievements of school-home-school cooperation in this area, but also find out the problems that still exist. To find out the strategies and methods to improve the efficiency of home-school cooperation, and to provide some help and research basis for home-school cooperation in other similar areas. This research mainly uses the questionnaire survey and the interview method, mainly carries on the investigation to the four primary schools in Qixia district to carry on the investigation, then carries on the research to the home-school cooperation situation and the effect. The paper is divided into four parts. First of all, elaborated the origin of the research, analyzed the practical significance of home-school cooperation, determined the content and method of the research; Secondly, the core concept of home-school cooperation is defined, and the research on home-school cooperation at home and abroad is summarized and interpreted. Then carries out the investigation, combs the survey result, from the school and the family two aspects to analyze the Qixia district home-school cooperation problem. The investigation shows that both families lack the consciousness of home-school cooperation in Qixia district. Although some schools have been carrying out scattered home-school cooperation activities, the overall planning and fair and objective evaluation of home-school cooperation are lacking. The structure of the group of parents in this area is diverse, the basic quality of most parents is not high, the responsibility for home-school cooperation is not clear enough, the family-school cooperation of Qixia will face a greater challenge; Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the home-school cooperation in Qixia district. Including strengthening the sense of cooperation between home and school, attaching importance to the role of parents and teacher training, establishing and perfecting the home-school cooperation system and evaluation system.
