【摘要】：正2013年春天,由于工作需要,我從河北省灤南縣的一所鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)調(diào)到灤南縣第一實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)(以下簡稱"一小")任校長。一小是縣直實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué),校園面積不大,卻有2700多名學(xué)生,一個(gè)班級(jí)多的70多人,少的也有50多人。剛來到一小的時(shí)候,我看到學(xué)生們每逢課間便在教室里、走廊上、校園中喧嘩打鬧,見到老師、校長或是來訪客人往往是低著頭默默走過。這可不是我心目中理想的學(xué)生模樣。我希望他們是活潑歡快的、文明有序的、禮貌大方的,我希望我的學(xué)生見到我能夠大大方方地說
[Abstract]:In the spring of 2013, I was transferred from a rural primary school in Luannan County, Hebei Province, to the first Experimental Primary School in Luannan County (hereinafter referred to as "one small") as principal due to the need for work. One is the county direct experimental primary school, the campus area is not large, but there are more than 2700 students, a class of more than 70 people, less than 50 people. When I was a little boy, I saw the students in the classroom every break, in the hallway, in the campus noisy, to see the teacher, headmaster or visiting guests tend to walk by with their heads bowed. This is not what I think of as an ideal student. I hope they are lively and cheerful, civilized and orderly, polite and generous, and I hope that my students can see me and say it in a big way.
