農(nóng)村小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范及其防范對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)下多元文化不斷交融滲透的新形勢(shì)下,社會(huì)觀念在發(fā)生著巨大變化,教師安貧樂(lè)道等職業(yè)品質(zhì)正在面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),怎樣看待和防治當(dāng)前農(nóng)村小學(xué)教師出現(xiàn)的道德失范問(wèn)題已成為目前社會(huì)教育的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)山東省聊城市10所農(nóng)村小學(xué)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和對(duì)教師個(gè)別訪談相結(jié)合的方式,對(duì)當(dāng)前廣大農(nóng)村出現(xiàn)的小學(xué)教師道德失范問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查,分析了我國(guó)農(nóng)村小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范給社會(huì)、學(xué)校及學(xué)生個(gè)人所造成的影響及相應(yīng)的深層次原因,并能夠在此基礎(chǔ)上為切實(shí)解決當(dāng)前農(nóng)村小學(xué)教育所面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題提供理論方面的指導(dǎo),找出適合農(nóng)村小學(xué)教師自身發(fā)展的良性發(fā)展之路,提高教育質(zhì)量,更好的為當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出自身的貢獻(xiàn)。我們也有理由相信,隨著學(xué)界和社會(huì)對(duì)農(nóng)村小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范現(xiàn)象的日益關(guān)注和教師自身的不斷反思和理性前行,農(nóng)村小學(xué)教師這一道德失范問(wèn)題會(huì)從根本上得到妥善解決,為我國(guó)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of continuous blending and infiltration of multiculturalism, great changes have taken place in the concept of society, and the professional qualities of teachers, such as the poor and happy way, are facing severe challenges. How to treat and prevent the moral derangement of rural primary school teachers has become a hot issue in current social education. By means of questionnaire survey and individual interview with teachers from 10 rural primary schools in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, this paper makes a deep investigation into the problems of teachers' moral deviance in the rural areas at present, and makes a deep investigation on the problems of teachers' moral anomie in the majority of rural areas. This paper analyzes the influence on society, school and individual students caused by the derangement of professional ethics of primary school teachers in rural areas of our country and the corresponding deep-seated reasons. On this basis, we can provide theoretical guidance for solving the practical problems faced by the rural primary school education, find out the right way for the rural primary school teachers to develop themselves, and improve the quality of education. Better for the local economic development to make their own contribution. We also have reason to believe that with the increasing concern of academia and society on the phenomenon of professional ethics of primary school teachers in rural areas, and the teachers' constant reflection and rational progress, The moral problem of rural primary school teachers will be solved properly fundamentally, which will provide impetus for the development of rural economy in China.
