呼和浩特市新城區(qū)小學(xué)課間操的問題與對(duì)策

【摘要】:小學(xué)生課間操是學(xué)校日常活動(dòng)的重要內(nèi)容之一,也是學(xué)校體育工作的重要組成部分。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展與教學(xué)的改革,小學(xué)課間操在發(fā)展過程中存在很多問題,需要我們?nèi)パ芯亢徒鉀Q?v觀學(xué)者們對(duì)小學(xué)生課間操的研究成果主要集中在課間操改革和課間操內(nèi)容兩個(gè)方面,針對(duì)課間操開展過程中的問題研究的比較少。本論文以呼和浩特市新城區(qū)小學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,以課間操存在的問題為切入點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究,具有積極的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。課間操是國(guó)家規(guī)定的全體學(xué)生于上午第二和第三節(jié)課之間必須參加的一項(xiàng)課間體育活動(dòng),時(shí)間為20分鐘左右。它是以廣播體操為主要形式與內(nèi)容,對(duì)學(xué)生身體健康有積極影響的體育活動(dòng)。學(xué)生通過參與課間操可以使身體各部分得到充分舒展,防止形成不良體姿,有利于學(xué)生在緊張學(xué)習(xí)中得到積極有效的休息。在調(diào)研中發(fā)現(xiàn)呼和浩特市新城區(qū)大部分小學(xué)課間操存在開展的內(nèi)容形式單一、場(chǎng)地器材設(shè)施不足且利用不合理、缺乏有效的評(píng)價(jià)體系、學(xué)生對(duì)課間操態(tài)度和興趣較低等問題。產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因是當(dāng)?shù)亟逃块T對(duì)課間操時(shí)間內(nèi)容未做出明確規(guī)定、學(xué)校對(duì)課間操缺少宣傳、對(duì)場(chǎng)地器材的管理重視程度不夠、追求外在形式的集中整齊和教師便于集中管理等,同時(shí)體育教師和班主任對(duì)課間操管理未盡其責(zé)也是重要原因之一。本論文的研究旨在使課間操的開展順應(yīng)時(shí)代的變化與滿足學(xué)生日益增長(zhǎng)的體育活動(dòng)需求。在對(duì)呼和浩特市新城區(qū)小學(xué)課間操存在問題及成因分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本論文提出了解決呼和浩特市新城區(qū)小學(xué)課間操問題的對(duì)策:一是教育主管部門和學(xué)校增強(qiáng)對(duì)課間操的重視程度;二是豐富課間操活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容和形式;三是重視場(chǎng)地與器材的管理;四是強(qiáng)化課間操管理,完善評(píng)價(jià)制度;五是增強(qiáng)學(xué)生對(duì)課間操的態(tài)度,激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣。
[Abstract]:The elementary school class exercises is one of the important contents of the school daily activities, also is the school physical education work important constituent. With the development of the times and the reform of teaching, there are many problems in the development of elementary school exercises, which need to be studied and solved. Throughout the scholars of primary school students in the research results of the main focus on the classroom gymnastics reform and the content of the two classes to carry out the process of the problems in the study is less. This paper takes the primary school in Xincheng District of Hohhot City as the research object, and studies the problems existing in class exercises as the breakthrough point, which has positive theoretical and practical significance. Class exercise is a kind of sports activity between the second and third classes, which is stipulated by the state. The time is about 20 minutes. It is a kind of sports activity with broadcasting gymnastics as the main form and content, which has positive influence on students' physical health. By taking part in class exercises, students can fully stretch out all parts of their bodies, prevent the formation of bad posture, and help students get active and effective rest in their tense study. In the investigation, it is found that in most primary schools of Hohhot City there are some problems, such as the single content form, the lack of facilities and facilities, the lack of an effective evaluation system, the lower students' attitude and interest in the exercise between classes, and so on. The reasons for these problems are that the local education department does not make a clear provision on the content of the exercise time between classes, the school lacks publicity for the exercise between classes, and the management of the site and equipment is not given enough attention. One of the important reasons is the pursuit of external form of centralization and neatness and the convenience of centralized management of teachers. Meanwhile, the failure of physical education teachers and class teachers to do their part in the management of class exercises is also one of the important reasons. The purpose of this thesis is to make the class exercise adapt to the changes of the times and to meet the students' increasing demand for sports activities. Based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes of primary school exercises in Xincheng District of Hohhot, This paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of primary school class exercise in Xincheng District of Hohhot: first, the competent department of education and the school should pay more attention to the class exercise; The second is to enrich the contents and forms of class exercises; the third is to attach importance to the management of venues and equipment; the fourth is to strengthen the management of class exercises and improve the evaluation system; five is to enhance students' attitude to class exercises and stimulate students' interest.
