【摘要】：正近年來,小學生放學后的"四點鐘困境"問題得到了家長、學校、專家和社會的普遍關注。如何保障學生在此期間的安全,如何在這段時間里做好教育的補充和延伸呢?面對巨大的市場需求,各種托管機構不斷涌現。目前,主流的托管服務有兩種:社會托管和校內托管。社會托管以營利為目的,缺乏監(jiān)管與規(guī)范,在硬件設施、管理、衛(wèi)生、師資等方面難以得到保證。相比之下,擁有穩(wěn)定師資和優(yōu)良環(huán)境的校內托管更讓家長放心。
[Abstract]:In recent years, parents, schools, experts and society have paid close attention to the 04:00 dilemma after school. How to ensure the safety of students during this period, how to do a good job in this period of time to complement and extend education? In the face of huge market demand, a variety of trusteeship institutions continue to emerge. At present, there are two mainstream hosting services: social trusteeship and intramural trusteeship. Social trusteeship aims at profit, lacks supervision and regulation, and is difficult to guarantee in hardware facilities, management, hygiene, teachers and so on. By contrast, a stable teacher and a good environment of school care more assured parents.
