【摘要】：家長(zhǎng)們對(duì)于家長(zhǎng)會(huì)的"成見"由來已久。家長(zhǎng)到底需要什么樣的家長(zhǎng)會(huì)?家長(zhǎng)會(huì)怎么開才能真正起到"家校配合"的效果?"匯報(bào)"或"要求"式的家長(zhǎng)會(huì)是以培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)的"助教"為目標(biāo)的,應(yīng)該堅(jiān)決摒棄。家長(zhǎng)會(huì)應(yīng)該是傳授科學(xué)的教育理念、指導(dǎo)科學(xué)的教育方法的"家長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)"會(huì),能讓廣大家長(zhǎng)同學(xué)校一起,為培養(yǎng)孩子良好的習(xí)慣、積極向上的思想和健全的人格共同努力。
[Abstract]:Parents have a long history of stereotyping parents' associations. What kind of parent-teacher meeting do parents need? How can the parents' meeting really have the effect of "home-school cooperation"? the "report" or "request" type of parent meeting is aimed at training the "teaching assistant" of learning, and should be resolutely abandoned. Parents' meeting should be a "parent training" meeting that imparts scientific educational idea and instructs scientific educational methods, which will enable parents to work together with the school to cultivate their children's good habits, positive thoughts and sound personality.
