【摘要】：足球運(yùn)動(dòng)是人們最喜歡的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)之一,它被人們譽(yù)為“世界第一運(yùn)動(dòng)”。與其它國(guó)家相比我國(guó)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)水平相對(duì)落后,造成這一結(jié)果的原因是多方面的。相對(duì)足球發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家來(lái)說(shuō),我國(guó)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)人群的普及率很低,青少年足球運(yùn)動(dòng)人群的普及率更低,這使青少年足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)很薄弱,這無(wú)形當(dāng)中便對(duì)我國(guó)青少年足球后備人才的培養(yǎng)造成了很大的不利影響。為此,中國(guó)足球協(xié)在“有關(guān)我國(guó)未來(lái)十年足球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的會(huì)議”上,明確指出:“各地足協(xié)應(yīng)該把青少年足球后備人才的培養(yǎng)當(dāng)作現(xiàn)階段足球工作的重中之重”。自2009年中國(guó)“校園足球”運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展以來(lái),河北省已有8個(gè)地級(jí)市參加到校園足球運(yùn)動(dòng)中。城市中小學(xué)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出繁榮的場(chǎng)面。相對(duì)于城市中小學(xué)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,農(nóng)村小學(xué)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展體現(xiàn)為緩慢甚至停滯不前。隨著中國(guó)足協(xié)將工作的重心轉(zhuǎn)移到青少年足球后備力量發(fā)展的工作上,農(nóng)村小學(xué)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展必將成為我國(guó)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展過(guò)程中不可或缺的重要環(huán)節(jié)。作為發(fā)展足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的一個(gè)重要基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),撫寧縣小學(xué)開(kāi)展足球運(yùn)動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀如何?撫寧縣小學(xué)開(kāi)展足球運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中存在哪些問(wèn)題?如何解決問(wèn)題?本文旨在通過(guò)了解撫寧縣小學(xué)開(kāi)展足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀找出存在的問(wèn)題,為提高撫寧縣足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的整體水平和增加我國(guó)青少年足球后備人才服務(wù)。本文以撫寧縣小學(xué)開(kāi)展足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,撫寧縣小學(xué)中的部分學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)以及體育教師為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪(fǎng)談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)撫寧縣小學(xué)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,分析數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果,得出以下結(jié)論:1、撫寧縣小學(xué)足球場(chǎng)地組成情況不容樂(lè)觀(guān),足球器材比較缺乏,足球?qū)I(yè)教師較少同時(shí)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足,這些成為制約足球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的不利因素。2、對(duì)學(xué)生參與足球運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣的調(diào)查情況良好,這為學(xué)校開(kāi)展校園足球提供了一項(xiàng)有利條件。3、小學(xué)體育教師具有一定的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)且年齡結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)合理。但是在足球教學(xué)理論方面和專(zhuān)項(xiàng)技術(shù)能力方面有待提高,多數(shù)教師缺乏足球方面的系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)。4、校園中足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展不夠正規(guī)化系統(tǒng)化,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)發(fā)展校園足球活動(dòng)不重視,教師在足球教學(xué)上對(duì)課程目標(biāo)把握不準(zhǔn)確,課余活動(dòng)缺少相應(yīng)的組織形式及相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人,課余訓(xùn)練及競(jìng)賽方面沒(méi)能開(kāi)展。5、撫寧縣對(duì)校園足球的關(guān)注不夠且人們對(duì)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的了解甚少,這間接的影響撫寧縣校園足球的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Football is one of people's favorite sports, it is known as "the first sport in the world". Compared with other countries, the level of football in China is relatively backward, which is caused by many reasons. Compared with the football developed countries, the popular rate of football sports in our country is very low, and the popularity rate of youth football is even lower, which makes the foundation of youth football very weak. This invisible to our country youth football reserve talent training has caused the very big unfavorable influence. Therefore, the Chinese Football Association pointed out clearly in "the Conference on the Development of Chinese Football in the next Ten years": "the local football associations should take the training of young football reserve talents as the most important part of the present football work". Since the launch of Campus Football in China in 2009, 8 prefectural cities in Hebei Province have participated in campus football. The development of city primary and middle school football sport presents the scene of prosperity. Compared with the development of city primary and middle school football, the development of rural primary school football is slow or even stagnant. With the Chinese Football Association shifting the focus of its work to the development of youth football reserve force, the development of rural primary school football will become an indispensable and important link in the development of football in China. As an important basic link in the development of football, what is the current situation of developing football in primary schools in Funing County? What problems do there exist in the process of developing football in primary schools in Funing County? How to solve the problem? The purpose of this paper is to find out the existing problems by understanding the present situation of developing football in primary schools in Funing County in order to improve the overall level of football in Funing County and to increase the reserve talents of young football in our country. This paper takes the present situation of football in Funing primary school as the research object, and some students, parents and PE teachers in Funing primary school as the objects of investigation. The present situation of primary school football in Funing County is investigated by questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, and the data and results are analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. The composition of primary school football field in Funing County is not optimistic. The lack of football equipment, the lack of professional football teachers and the insufficient investment of funds are the unfavorable factors that restrict the development of football, and the investigation of students' interest in football is good. This provides a favorable condition for the school to carry out campus football. The elementary school PE teachers have certain teaching experience and the age structure is relatively reasonable. However, in the aspect of football teaching theory and special technical ability, most teachers lack systematic training in football, the development of football in campus is not formalized and systematized, and school leaders do not attach importance to the development of campus football activities. Teachers in football teaching to grasp the curriculum objectives inaccurate, the lack of after-school activities in the corresponding organizational form and related responsible persons, After school training and competition failed to develop. 5, Funing County did not pay enough attention to campus football and people's understanding of football is very little, which indirectly affects the development of campus football in Funing County.
