呼和浩特市錫林南路小學(xué)音樂教育現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)代社會(huì),隨著素質(zhì)教育的不斷提高,以及學(xué)校教育改革的不斷加強(qiáng),藝術(shù)教育已經(jīng)受到國家、社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭的重視。但是,在取得進(jìn)步的同時(shí),我們也必須清楚的知道,我國的音樂教育還處于發(fā)展階段,仍然存在很多問題需要解決。例如,發(fā)展不平衡地區(qū)的教育事業(yè),音樂辦學(xué)、教學(xué)都處于相對(duì)落后的局勢(shì)等。這些問題都等待著我們國家政府、教育行政部門、學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)以及各個(gè)教師共同努力去解決。本文主要從四個(gè)部分對(duì)錫林南路小學(xué)的音樂教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究:第一部分是介紹呼和浩特市中小學(xué)音樂教育的概況,從兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述,理清錫林南路小學(xué)所處的背景環(huán)境以及所在地區(qū)的音樂教育發(fā)展概況;第二部分是分別從學(xué)校、教師和學(xué)生三個(gè)方面對(duì)錫林南路小學(xué)的音樂教育現(xiàn)狀展開調(diào)查。調(diào)查的形式以發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷、師生訪問等形式為主,了解錫林南路小學(xué)音樂教育教學(xué)的整體情況;第三部分是通過對(duì)錫林南路小學(xué)的調(diào)查做出數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析,總結(jié)出該小學(xué)音樂教育中存在的問題,以前一章節(jié)調(diào)查的三個(gè)方面(學(xué)校、教師、學(xué)生)總結(jié)各個(gè)方面在音樂教育中所存在的問題;第四部分是通過對(duì)錫林南路小學(xué)的調(diào)查研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,提出相應(yīng)的解決措施。主要包括四個(gè)方面,更換舊的教學(xué)理念、加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍的培養(yǎng)建設(shè)工作、提高音樂教學(xué)的設(shè)施設(shè)備水平、發(fā)揮音樂教師的主導(dǎo)作用。本文通過對(duì)呼和浩特市錫林南路小學(xué)的音樂教育現(xiàn)狀的研究,采用調(diào)查問卷、訪問教師以及學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、實(shí)地考察、觀察等方法,全方面深入調(diào)查,對(duì)音樂教師的專業(yè)技能與素質(zhì)修養(yǎng)、學(xué)校開設(shè)音樂課情況、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、教學(xué)管理、課外活動(dòng)等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解呼和浩特市錫林南路小學(xué)音樂課的實(shí)際情況;并通過數(shù)據(jù)整理、統(tǒng)計(jì),分析出呼和浩特市錫林南路小學(xué)音樂課中存在的問題以及原因,從而探索出一些適合本校音樂教育發(fā)展的對(duì)策。筆者認(rèn)為,問題的存在,是一種考驗(yàn),等待我們學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和師生的共同努力去解決,未來的發(fā)展道路仍然是開闊而明朗的,從教學(xué)理念到教育方法都有待進(jìn)一步去完善。此次課題研究將對(duì)呼和浩特市錫林南路小學(xué)的音樂教育教學(xué)工作有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,并有望促進(jìn)本校音樂教育事業(yè)繼續(xù)向前邁進(jìn)一個(gè)嶄新的臺(tái)階。雖然,在當(dāng)前的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)中,對(duì)于各個(gè)地區(qū)乃至全國中小學(xué)音樂教育現(xiàn)狀的研究調(diào)查課題不在少數(shù),也有相當(dāng)一部分研究課題對(duì)于中小學(xué)音樂教育中存在的問題提出了科學(xué)而又正確的解決對(duì)策。但是,對(duì)于特定的地區(qū)、學(xué)!艉秃铺厥绣a林南路小學(xué)的發(fā)展對(duì)策,并沒有明確地文獻(xiàn)參考?梢,本文的研究內(nèi)容,正是針對(duì)特定的學(xué)校乃至全市的中小學(xué)音樂教育現(xiàn)狀提供了可參考的研究策略。這不僅解決了錫林南路小學(xué)的音樂教育中存在的問題,也解決了全市中小學(xué)對(duì)于音樂教育工作中存在的困惑,為我市各個(gè)中小學(xué)提供了可參考的意見和建議,對(duì)推動(dòng)我市中小學(xué)音樂教育工作邁向一個(gè)嶄新的道路有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In contemporary society, with the continuous improvement of quality-oriented education and the continuous strengthening of school education reform, art education has been attached great importance by the state, society, schools and families. For example, education undertakings, music schools and teaching in unbalanced areas are in a relatively backward situation. These problems are waiting for our national government, education administration departments, school leaders and teachers to work together to solve. The first part is to introduce the general situation of music education in primary and secondary schools in Hohhot, and to clarify the background environment and the development of music education in Xilin South Road Primary School from two aspects. The second part is to investigate the current situation of music education in Xilin South Road Primary School from three aspects: school, teachers and students. The form of the investigation is mainly in the form of sending out questionnaires and visiting teachers and students to understand the overall situation of music education and teaching in Xilin South Road Primary School; the third part is through the investigation of Xilin South Road Primary School to make data statistics and analysis, summed up the existing problems in music education in this primary school, three aspects of the previous chapter investigation (schools, teachers, etc.). Students) Summarize the problems existing in all aspects of music education; the fourth part is through the investigation and study of Xilin South Road Primary School, and put forward the corresponding solutions. Through the research on the present situation of music education in Xilin South Road Primary School in Hohhot, this paper makes a thorough investigation on all aspects by means of questionnaires, interviews with teachers and school leaders, on-the-spot investigation and observation, and makes a thorough investigation on the professional skills and qualities of music teachers, the situation of music courses offered in schools, and the infrastructure. Through the investigation of teaching management and extracurricular activities, the author understands the actual situation of music lessons in Xilin South Road Primary School of Hohhot City, and through data collation and statistics, analyzes the existing problems and causes of music lessons in Xilin South Road Primary School of Hohhot City, so as to explore some countermeasures suitable for the development of music education in the school. The existence of the problem is a test, waiting for the joint efforts of our school leaders and teachers and students to solve, the future development of the road is still open and clear, from teaching concepts to education methods need to be further improved. Although, in the current relevant research literature, there are not a few research topics on the status quo of music education in primary and secondary schools in various regions and even the whole country, there are also quite a number of research topics for the problems in music education in primary and secondary schools put forward. However, there is no definite literature reference for the development strategy of the school-Xilin South Road Primary School in Hohhot. It can be seen that the research content of this paper is precisely for specific schools and even for the status of primary and secondary school music education in the city to provide a reference research strategy. It solves the problems existing in the music education of Xilin South Road Primary School, and also solves the puzzlement existing in the music education of the whole city's primary and secondary schools. It provides the reference opinions and suggestions for each primary and secondary school in our city. It is of great significance to push the music education work of our city's primary and secondary schools to a brand-new road.
