大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代校本教研轉(zhuǎn)型策略及路徑

【摘要】:大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,傳統(tǒng)校本教研無(wú)論是管理模式還是教研方式都已經(jīng)滯后于時(shí)代的發(fā)展,需要在平臺(tái)搭建和技術(shù)支撐上進(jìn)行突破。探討校本教研的三大轉(zhuǎn)型策略:由關(guān)注"教"轉(zhuǎn)向聚焦"學(xué)"的核心視角轉(zhuǎn)型,由經(jīng)驗(yàn)重復(fù)轉(zhuǎn)向數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證的常態(tài)方法轉(zhuǎn)型,從零散問(wèn)題研究轉(zhuǎn)向系列項(xiàng)目研究的實(shí)踐模式轉(zhuǎn)型。基于云平臺(tái)的運(yùn)用,依據(jù)大數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行教、學(xué)、研的實(shí)踐,通過(guò)"云課堂"研究、實(shí)證研究和項(xiàng)目研究等,打通校本教研的創(chuàng)新路徑。
[Abstract]:In the era of big data, the traditional school-based teaching and research mode has lagged behind the development of the times, so it is necessary to break through the platform construction and technical support. This paper discusses three transformation strategies of school-based teaching and research: from focusing on "teaching" to focusing on "learning", from experience repetition to normal method of data demonstration, from scattered problem research to practical mode of series project research. Based on the application of cloud platform and the practice of teaching, learning and research based on big data, the innovative path of school-based teaching and research can be established through "cloud classroom" research, empirical research and project research.
