合肥市小學(xué)生假期體育管理現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:本研究以合肥市小學(xué)生假期體育管理現(xiàn)狀為研究基點(diǎn),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法對(duì)合肥市寒暑假小學(xué)生假期體育管理情況進(jìn)行研究,并對(duì)影響合肥市小學(xué)生假期體育管理的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行淺析,針對(duì)當(dāng)前假期體育管理中存在的相關(guān)問題尋覓解決辦法,嘗試著提出一套小學(xué)生假期體育管理模式,為學(xué)生體質(zhì)提升提供理論參考。從調(diào)查結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):1.小學(xué)生假期體育參與頻率總體一般,小學(xué)生假期體育活動(dòng)的持續(xù)時(shí)間總體不長,能達(dá)到體育人口的人不多;整體表現(xiàn)為男生體育活動(dòng)參與次數(shù)較多,女生相對(duì)較少。四年級(jí)學(xué)生體育活動(dòng)次數(shù)每周超過4次的頻數(shù)最多,五年級(jí)學(xué)生體育活動(dòng)頻數(shù)和時(shí)間隨后,六年級(jí)學(xué)生體育活動(dòng)遠(yuǎn)小于前兩個(gè)年級(jí);2.小學(xué)生假期參與體育鍛煉的形式主要有兩種:第一種是與家長一起參與體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的人數(shù)占45.8%,第二種是與同學(xué)一起參與體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的人占33.5%;小學(xué)生對(duì)體育項(xiàng)目的選擇排在前列的為:男同學(xué)以羽毛球、籃球、足球、跑步為主;女同學(xué)以羽毛球、跳繩、踢毽子、跑步為主;3.合肥市學(xué)校假期體育管理情況可以看出,合肥市小學(xué)對(duì)學(xué)生假期體育管理上存在著不足,對(duì)小學(xué)生假期體育管理缺乏認(rèn)識(shí),重視度不夠;4.在家庭中出現(xiàn)假期體育無人管理的現(xiàn)狀,其主要原因是家長缺乏對(duì)假期體育的認(rèn)識(shí),與家長的文化程度和經(jīng)濟(jì)收入有著直接的相關(guān);5.構(gòu)建小學(xué)生假期管理模式的困境在于:學(xué)校、家庭、社區(qū)的管理模式之間存在著直接的相關(guān)性,在小學(xué)生假期體育管理的過程中都存在著欠缺,學(xué)校、社區(qū)、家庭三方中沒有一方能承擔(dān)起小學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)提升的任務(wù);6.從動(dòng)力因素、構(gòu)建條件、實(shí)踐邏輯等視角對(duì)社區(qū)體育俱樂部進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)社區(qū)體育俱樂部在學(xué)校、家庭、社區(qū)三者間建立穩(wěn)定關(guān)系合力,使假期體育管理形成學(xué)校、社區(qū)、家庭一體化模式。根據(jù)以上合肥市小學(xué)生假期體育管理情況,在小學(xué)生假期體育管理模式的基礎(chǔ)上提出以下建議:1.完善管理機(jī)制;2.開放學(xué)校場地資源;3.開展社區(qū)體育活動(dòng);4.加強(qiáng)家長的宣傳工作;5.有針對(duì)性的開展小學(xué)生假期體育活動(dòng)。假期體育作為學(xué)校體育的延續(xù),將學(xué)校、家庭、社區(qū)三者聯(lián)合共同對(duì)小學(xué)生假期體育進(jìn)行管理,有利于提高學(xué)生體質(zhì),同時(shí)還可以培養(yǎng)小學(xué)生形成體育興趣。本研究在問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)合肥市小學(xué)生假期體育管理情況做了一定的了解,對(duì)相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析,并提出相應(yīng)的管理措施。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of sports management of primary school students in Hefei, this paper studies the sports management of primary school students during winter and summer vacation in Hefei by using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. It also analyzes the related factors that affect the management of holiday sports of primary school students in Hefei. Aiming at the problems existing in the management of holiday sports at present, it tries to put forward a set of management mode of holiday sports for primary school students. To provide a theoretical reference for the improvement of students' physique. From the results of the survey, it was found that: 1. The frequency of sports participation is general, the duration of sports activities of primary school students is not long, the number of people who can reach the sports population is not many; the overall performance is that boys participate in sports activities more times, girls are relatively less. The number of sports activities of the fourth grade students exceeded 4 times per week, and the frequency and time of the fifth grade students' sports activities was much less than that of the first two grades. There are two main forms of primary school students participating in physical exercise: the first is the number of people who participate in sports with their parents, and the second is the number of people who take part in sports with their classmates accounting for 33.5; Primary school students in the top choice of sports: male students to badminton, basketball, football, running mainly; female students to badminton, skipping rope, kicking shuttlecock, running mainly 3. It can be seen from the situation of school holiday sports management in Hefei that there are deficiencies in the management of students' holiday sports in primary schools in Hefei, lack of understanding of the management of school students' holiday sports, and insufficient attention to the degree of attention. 4. The present situation of unmanaged holiday sports in families is mainly due to the lack of parents' understanding of holiday sports, which is directly related to parents' educational level and economic income. The difficulties of constructing the holiday management model of primary school students lie in: there is a direct correlation among school, family and community management mode, and in the process of elementary school students' holiday sports management, there are deficiencies in school, community, and so on. None of the three parties in the family can take on the task of improving the physical quality of primary school students. This paper analyzes the community sports clubs from the perspectives of motive factors, construction conditions and practical logic, and finds out that the community sports clubs establish stable relationships among schools, families and communities, so that the management of holiday sports can form schools and communities. Family integration model. According to the above situation of Hefei elementary school students' holiday sports management, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1: 1 on the basis of primary school students' holiday sports management mode. To carry out sports activities for primary school students on holiday. On the basis of questionnaire survey, this study makes a certain understanding of the situation of sports management of primary school students in Hefei, analyzes the relevant factors, and puts forward the corresponding management measures.
