我國(guó)小學(xué)營(yíng)養(yǎng)教育現(xiàn)狀與開設(shè)食品營(yíng)養(yǎng)課的探究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)課程改革的進(jìn)一步深入,促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,尤其是身體的營(yíng)養(yǎng)健康發(fā)展備受社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。身體的營(yíng)養(yǎng)與健康是小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)文化知識(shí)的前提,是茁壯發(fā)展、終身健康的基礎(chǔ),是完成祖國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的根本保證。但是,目前我國(guó)小學(xué)生的營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況不容樂(lè)觀,營(yíng)養(yǎng)教育發(fā)展滯后,不能從根本上解決小學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)失衡的狀況。加強(qiáng)小學(xué)營(yíng)養(yǎng)教育,建構(gòu)小學(xué)營(yíng)養(yǎng)教育體系,開設(shè)營(yíng)養(yǎng)分科課程,是不斷提高小學(xué)生身體素質(zhì),改善營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平的必由之路。本文以山西省晉城地區(qū)小學(xué)校為例進(jìn)行了相關(guān)調(diào)研,充分研讀了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)營(yíng)養(yǎng)教育文獻(xiàn)資料,全面掌握了我國(guó)小學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況和小學(xué)營(yíng)養(yǎng)教育現(xiàn)狀的相關(guān)情況,分析了我國(guó)小學(xué)開設(shè)食品營(yíng)養(yǎng)課的必要性、重要性和可行性,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)建構(gòu)我國(guó)小學(xué)食品營(yíng)養(yǎng)課程體系進(jìn)行了有益嘗試。第一章為緒論,包括選題背景、研究意義、研究目的與方法、研究的理論依據(jù)。第二章為本研究相關(guān)概念的界定和文獻(xiàn)綜述。第三章旨在通過(guò)對(duì)晉城地區(qū)小學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況和營(yíng)養(yǎng)教育現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研,分析了目前我國(guó)小學(xué)營(yíng)養(yǎng)教育存在的問(wèn)題,為分科課程的開設(shè)提供實(shí)踐依據(jù)。第四章對(duì)食品營(yíng)養(yǎng)課的開設(shè)進(jìn)行了環(huán)境分析,論述了在我國(guó)小學(xué)開設(shè)此課的必要性、重要性以及可行性。第五章就我國(guó)小學(xué)食品營(yíng)養(yǎng)課的課程開發(fā)、課程實(shí)施以及保障層面進(jìn)行了比較系統(tǒng)的探索性研究,并請(qǐng)專家進(jìn)行了內(nèi)容和目標(biāo)的鑒定。
[Abstract]:With the further development of curriculum reform in our country, the promotion of students' all-round development, especially the healthy development of body nutrition, has attracted wide attention from all walks of life. The nutrition and health of the body is the premise for the pupils to learn scientific and cultural knowledge, the basis for healthy development and lifelong health, and the fundamental guarantee for the modernization of the motherland. However, at present, the nutritional status of primary school students in China is not optimistic, and the development of nutrition education is lagging behind, which can not fundamentally solve the nutritional imbalance of primary school students. To strengthen primary school nutrition education, to construct primary school nutrition education system, and to set up nutrition courses are the only way to improve pupils' physical quality and nutritional level. Taking the primary schools in Jincheng area of Shanxi Province as an example, this paper has carried on the related investigation, fully studied the related nutrition education literature at home and abroad, comprehensively grasped the related situation of the primary school students' nutritional status and the primary school nutrition education present situation in our country. This paper analyzes on the necessity, importance and feasibility of setting up food nutrition course in primary school of our country. On the basis of this, it makes a beneficial attempt to construct the course system of food nutrition in primary school of our country. The first chapter is the introduction, including the background of the topic, the significance of the research, the purpose and method of the research, the theoretical basis of the study. The second chapter is the definition of related concepts and literature review. The third chapter aims to analyze the existing problems of primary school nutrition education in our country by investigating the nutritional status and nutrition education of primary school students in Jincheng area, and to provide practical basis for the opening of separate courses. The fourth chapter analyzes the environment of food nutrition course, and discusses the necessity, importance and feasibility of setting it up in primary school of our country. The fifth chapter makes a systematic and exploratory study on the curriculum development, curriculum implementation and guarantee of the food nutrition course in primary schools in China, and invites experts to identify the contents and objectives.
