簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the school education system of our country has been developed and perfected in the continuous practice and reform. However, as far as the current situation is concerned, although the education level of the city deepens and perfects rapidly, However, the level of education development in rural primary schools is far from keeping up with the speed of urban education development. Among them, physical education is more obvious. Many rural primary schools are limited by teaching sites, school teachers, and so on, so they have no way to carry out physical education normally. This seriously affects the rural primary school students' right to receive physical education and experience sports fun. Based on this current situation, the present situation of physical education in rural primary schools in Jianyang City is taken as the research object, and the investigation objects are physical education teachers and students of 20 rural primary schools in Jianyang city, as well as the relevant officials of the local education bureau and the cultural and sports bureau. Questionnaire, expert interviews and field visits, and other investigation methods, in-depth investigation. Found and summarized some problems existing in the physical education work of rural primary schools in Jianyang city, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. The results of the study show that: 1. Although the number of physical education teachers can basically meet the actual teaching needs, the number of full-time physical education teachers is still in a state of relative scarcity. In addition, the shortage of the number of young PE teachers and the imbalance between male and female PE teachers are the unreasonable points in the structure of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Jianyang City at present. In the process of physical education teaching in rural primary schools of Jianyang, the teaching concept is relatively lagging behind the concept of physical education teaching in urban primary schools, the teaching method is relatively traditional and single, the atmosphere of classroom teaching is not strong, and the physical education class in rural primary schools in Jianyang City is slightly dull. Students' attention and interest in the classroom have not been fully mobilized. Some primary school physical education teachers' understanding of physical education is not professional and in-depth, but to participate in their own professional related to continuing education, training opportunities are less. 4. Physical education can not be separated from the construction of basic facilities. At present, many sports equipment in rural primary schools in Jianyang City are damaged and old, which can not reach the standard of sports equipment for primary school students, which to a great extent affects the development of sports activities. In view of the above problems of physical education teaching in rural primary schools, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: 1. Optimize the structure of physical education teachers, improve the professional skills and teaching level of physical education teachers, increase the number of special teachers, actively introduce young physical education teachers, to better complete the physical education teaching work. 2. Teaching idea is another important factor besides professional skill. Innovation and reasonable teaching idea can promote PE teachers to choose teaching method rationally to organize teaching and bring freshness and vitality to classroom. Strengthen the re-education and training of rural physical education teachers in Jianyang City, learn the advanced concept of physical education, master the application of new technical actions, and actively devote themselves to the physical education teaching in rural primary schools. It is necessary to increase the special funds for physical education in rural primary schools in Jianyang and to make rational plans to further improve the teaching conditions of physical education in rural primary schools.
