簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:近十幾年來,我國(guó)的學(xué)校教育制度在不斷的實(shí)踐和改革中得到了發(fā)展與完善,然而就當(dāng)前國(guó)情而言,盡管城市的教育水平深化與完善較快,但農(nóng)村小學(xué)的教育發(fā)展水平遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)跟不上城市的教育發(fā)展的速度。其中體育教育更為明顯,許多農(nóng)村小學(xué)受限于教學(xué)場(chǎng)地、學(xué)校師資等諸多因素,沒有辦法正常開展體育教學(xué),這嚴(yán)重的影響到農(nóng)村小學(xué)學(xué)生接受體育教育與體驗(yàn)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)樂趣的權(quán)利。本文基于這一當(dāng)前形勢(shì),以簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育教育現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)簡(jiǎn)陽市20所農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育教師、學(xué)生、當(dāng)?shù)亟逃趾臀捏w局的相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用查閱文獻(xiàn)、問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談及實(shí)地走訪等調(diào)查方法,進(jìn)行深入調(diào)研。發(fā)現(xiàn)并總結(jié)簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育工作中存在的一些問題,并有針對(duì)性地提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。研究的結(jié)果表明:1.簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育教師的學(xué)歷較低,雖然體育教師的數(shù)量能基本滿足現(xiàn)實(shí)教學(xué)需求,但體育專職教師數(shù)量仍然處于一種相對(duì)匱乏的狀態(tài)。另外,現(xiàn)有的年輕體育教師數(shù)量不足、男女體育教師比例失衡等,都是目前簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育教師結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理之處;2.簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村小學(xué)在體育教學(xué)過程中,教學(xué)觀念比城市小學(xué)體育教學(xué)觀念相對(duì)滯后,教學(xué)方法較為傳統(tǒng)單一,課堂教學(xué)氛圍不濃,以致簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育課略顯枯燥,學(xué)生對(duì)課堂的注意力與興趣沒能充分調(diào)動(dòng)起來;3.部分小學(xué)體育教師對(duì)體育的理解不夠?qū)I(yè)和深入,而參加與自身專業(yè)相關(guān)的繼續(xù)教育、培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)較少;4.體育教學(xué)離不開基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè),目前簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村小學(xué)許多體育器材破損老舊,達(dá)不到小學(xué)生體育器材標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這在很大程度上影響體育活動(dòng)的展開;針對(duì)上述簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育教學(xué)出現(xiàn)的問題,進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的思考后,本文提出了以下幾點(diǎn)對(duì)策:1.優(yōu)化體育教師結(jié)構(gòu),提高體育教師的專業(yè)技能與教學(xué)水平,增加專項(xiàng)教師的數(shù)量、積極引入年輕體育教師,來更好的完成體育教學(xué)工作;2.教學(xué)理念是專業(yè)技能外的另一個(gè)重要因素,創(chuàng)新、合理的教學(xué)理念能夠推動(dòng)體育教師合理選用教學(xué)方法組織教學(xué),給課堂帶來新鮮感與活力;3.加強(qiáng)簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村體育教師職后的再教育培訓(xùn),學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)的體育教育理念、掌握新技術(shù)動(dòng)作的應(yīng)用,積極投身到農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育教育教學(xué)當(dāng)中來;4.加大對(duì)簡(jiǎn)陽市農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育教育的專項(xiàng)資金投入,合理規(guī)劃,進(jìn)一步改善農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育的教學(xué)條件。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the school education system of our country has been developed and perfected in the continuous practice and reform. However, as far as the current situation is concerned, although the education level of the city deepens and perfects rapidly, However, the level of education development in rural primary schools is far from keeping up with the speed of urban education development. Among them, physical education is more obvious. Many rural primary schools are limited by teaching sites, school teachers, and so on, so they have no way to carry out physical education normally. This seriously affects the rural primary school students' right to receive physical education and experience sports fun. Based on this current situation, the present situation of physical education in rural primary schools in Jianyang City is taken as the research object, and the investigation objects are physical education teachers and students of 20 rural primary schools in Jianyang city, as well as the relevant officials of the local education bureau and the cultural and sports bureau. Questionnaire, expert interviews and field visits, and other investigation methods, in-depth investigation. Found and summarized some problems existing in the physical education work of rural primary schools in Jianyang city, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. The results of the study show that: 1. Although the number of physical education teachers can basically meet the actual teaching needs, the number of full-time physical education teachers is still in a state of relative scarcity. In addition, the shortage of the number of young PE teachers and the imbalance between male and female PE teachers are the unreasonable points in the structure of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Jianyang City at present. In the process of physical education teaching in rural primary schools of Jianyang, the teaching concept is relatively lagging behind the concept of physical education teaching in urban primary schools, the teaching method is relatively traditional and single, the atmosphere of classroom teaching is not strong, and the physical education class in rural primary schools in Jianyang City is slightly dull. Students' attention and interest in the classroom have not been fully mobilized. Some primary school physical education teachers' understanding of physical education is not professional and in-depth, but to participate in their own professional related to continuing education, training opportunities are less. 4. Physical education can not be separated from the construction of basic facilities. At present, many sports equipment in rural primary schools in Jianyang City are damaged and old, which can not reach the standard of sports equipment for primary school students, which to a great extent affects the development of sports activities. In view of the above problems of physical education teaching in rural primary schools, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: 1. Optimize the structure of physical education teachers, improve the professional skills and teaching level of physical education teachers, increase the number of special teachers, actively introduce young physical education teachers, to better complete the physical education teaching work. 2. Teaching idea is another important factor besides professional skill. Innovation and reasonable teaching idea can promote PE teachers to choose teaching method rationally to organize teaching and bring freshness and vitality to classroom. Strengthen the re-education and training of rural physical education teachers in Jianyang City, learn the advanced concept of physical education, master the application of new technical actions, and actively devote themselves to the physical education teaching in rural primary schools. It is necessary to increase the special funds for physical education in rural primary schools in Jianyang and to make rational plans to further improve the teaching conditions of physical education in rural primary schools.
