【摘要】：目的了解維吾爾族小學生飲食行為和家庭喂養(yǎng)方式對肥胖的影響,為有效開展維吾爾族小學生肥胖干預提供理論支持。方法依據經濟發(fā)展水平抽取新疆烏魯木齊、伊寧、阿克蘇市,每個地市抽取2所小學一至六年級全體維吾爾族小學生共計3 024名作為調查對象,進行身高、體重測量,并對學生家長進行問卷調查。結果是否強迫孩子吃某種食物、是否要求孩子多吃一點喂養(yǎng)方式的維吾爾族小學生肥胖檢出率差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2值分別為8.301,4.923,P值均0.05)。是否喜歡吃蔬菜類食物及是否喜歡吃水果學生肥胖檢出率差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2值分別為4.211,14.372,P值均0.05)。吃飯速度較快和較慢的學生肥胖檢出率均高于吃飯速度一般學生,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=6.934,P0.05)。結論飲食行為和家庭喂養(yǎng)方式對維吾爾族小學生肥胖均有影響。家庭、學校和學生自身應共同努力,養(yǎng)成良好飲食行為習慣,以減少肥胖的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of dietary behavior and family feeding style on obesity among Uygur primary school students and to provide theoretical support for the effective intervention of obesity among Uygur pupils. Methods according to the level of economic development, 3 024 Uygur pupils were selected from 2 primary schools in Urumqi, Yining, Aksu and each city as subjects, and their height and weight were measured. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the parents of the students. Results there were statistically significant differences in the prevalence of obesity among Uygur pupils who forced their children to eat certain foods and whether they were required to eat more food (蠂 ~ 2 = 8.301, P = 4.923, P = 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the prevalence of obesity among students who liked vegetables and fruits (蠂 ~ 2 = 4.211, 14.372, P = 0.05). The rate of obesity in the students who ate fast and slowly was higher than that in the average students (蠂 2 = 6.934 P 0.05). Conclusion Diet behavior and family feeding style have influence on obesity of Uygur pupils. Families, schools and students should work together to develop good eating habits to reduce obesity.
