北京市海淀區(qū)小學室內體育課開展現狀及存在問題的研究

【摘要】:室內體育課是體育的重要組成部分,特別是由于霧霾天的出現導致室內體育課的增多,使得室內體育課的地位也越來越重要,這對于提高學生身體健康水平的提高和體育基礎知識的掌握也起著不容忽視的作用。但是在實際室內體育課開展現狀中,存在很多亟待解決的問題。本文以北京市海淀區(qū)小學室內體育課的開展現狀為研究出發(fā)點,根據海淀區(qū)小學分布結構選取了17所小學作為調查對象,并運用文獻資料法、問卷調查法、實地調查法等方法,進行深入了解,分析出存在的主要問題。研究結論如下:(1)學校領導和體育教師對室內體育課的重視程度較低。由于室內體育課增加較多,學校和體育教師也提出了相關建議,但在實施過程中大都沒有具體落實。很多體育教師依然存在應付的態(tài)度。(2)室內體育課教學方法手段簡單枯燥,體育教師選擇的教學方法手段比較簡單且乏味,其中大多都是采用講解法、游戲法和比賽法較多,而關于電化教學法的使用較少,學生參與性較差,學生主體性地位沒有得到發(fā)揮。(3)室內體育課的場地沒有充分利用及器材嚴重缺乏,室內體育課的場地本身就較少,體育教師為了方便組織一般又把場地選擇在學生所在教室。此外各小學基本沒有準備室內體育課的器材。(4)室內體育課教學內容單調且安排比較隨意室內體育課教學內容的選擇存在諸多問題。首先,教師自身理論因素導致的教學內容比較單調乏味。其次,在選擇教學內容時過于注重自己擅長和利于組織而沒有考慮學生的興趣愛好,忽視學生主體地位,導致學生學習興趣不高。再次,室內體育課教學內容的組織及教學方法的使用不新穎,吸引不了學生的注意。最后,室內體育課的內容缺乏一個相對完整的教學計劃。
[Abstract]:Indoor physical education is an important part of physical education, especially because of the appearance of haze day, which leads to the increase of indoor physical education, which makes the position of indoor physical education more and more important. This also plays an important role in improving the students' health level and mastering the basic knowledge of physical education. However, in the actual indoor physical education class, there are many problems to be solved. Based on the present situation of indoor physical education in primary schools in Haidian District of Beijing, this paper selects 17 primary schools as the objects of investigation according to the distribution structure of primary schools in Haidian District, and applies the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation and so on. Deep understanding, analysis of the main problems. The conclusions are as follows: (1) School leaders and PE teachers pay less attention to indoor physical education. Due to the increase of indoor PE classes, schools and PE teachers also put forward relevant suggestions, but in the process of implementation, most of them have not been put into practice. Many PE teachers still have the attitude of coping. (2) the teaching methods of indoor physical education are simple and boring, and the teaching methods chosen by physical education teachers are relatively simple and boring, most of them adopt the method of explanation, the method of game and the method of competition. On the other hand, the use of audio-visual teaching method is less, the students' participation is poor, and the students' subjective status has not been brought into play. (3) the venue of indoor physical education is not fully utilized and the equipment is seriously lacking, and the indoor physical education class itself is less. In order to facilitate the organization, PE teachers generally choose the venue in the classroom where the students are located. In addition, every primary school has no equipment to prepare indoor physical education. (4) there are many problems in the choice of indoor physical education teaching content. (4) the content of indoor physical education teaching is monotonous and the arrangement is relatively random. First of all, the teaching content caused by the teacher's own theoretical factors is monotonous. Secondly, when choosing the teaching content, we should pay too much attention to the students' interests and interests without considering the students' interests and hobbies, and ignore the students' main position, which leads to the students' low interest in learning. Thirdly, the organization of indoor physical education teaching content and the use of teaching methods are not novel, which can not attract the attention of students. Finally, the content of indoor physical education lacks a relatively complete teaching plan.
