關(guān)于開展成都市小學(xué)生校園特色足球的調(diào)查與對策研究

【摘要】:2015年3月16日中國政府網(wǎng)正式公布《中國足球改革總體方案》,共五十條對策,包括讓足球走進校園、建設(shè)校園特色足球,并將足球運動列入體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容,加大學(xué)時比重,要敢于創(chuàng)新。很多媒體都對這一方案的出臺做了跟蹤報道,是一次很有力度的改革。本文以成都市作為研究對象,力求通過對成都市(國家級、省級)校園足球試點學(xué)校開展活動進行調(diào)查與分析,找出成都市小學(xué)校園足球發(fā)展中存在的問題并針對所找的問題提出建設(shè)性的意見,研究出以“特色”為核心的成都市校園特色足球,為成都市小學(xué)校園足球發(fā)展盡一份力?偨Y(jié)前者的看法找出創(chuàng)新點在:成都校園足球的建設(shè)要有“特色”所在建立成都市校園特色足球;力求打造出每個學(xué)校都建立一校一品的校園特色足球理念;帶動廣大足球愛好者只有小學(xué)生都參與足球運動中享受快樂,才有效為我國的足球后備人才做出貢獻。通過問卷調(diào)查的形式對成都市校園足球試點學(xué)校體育教師認為學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對足球的重視是校園足球發(fā)展的根本,其中包括:一些學(xué)校發(fā)展校園足球是由于教師對足球的熱愛才利用空暇時間義務(wù)給部分學(xué)生訓(xùn)練;青少年是中國發(fā)展足球的希望是中國發(fā)展足球的主體,不能僅僅是個別部分學(xué)生的足球運動,它是全校師生足球運動,是我國發(fā)展全民運動的有效條件。通過調(diào)查分析得出以下結(jié)論:成都市一些特色足球?qū)W校還是以競技體育為重,應(yīng)該打破原有的重競技體育的理念。發(fā)展校園特色足球需要社會正確樹立培養(yǎng)青少年學(xué)習(xí)的理念,讓陽光一直普照足球運動員的成長,讓青少年體會到足球運動及其文化帶來受益終身的快樂。以“健康第一”的體育指導(dǎo)思想,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生終身體育的意識,促進學(xué)生素質(zhì)的全面發(fā)展。校園特色足球的目標是引領(lǐng)學(xué)校特色前進,這一特殊終將成為特色的主流文化。完善校本教材的建立,以校園足球文化為大方向,不斷深入校園特色足球形式轉(zhuǎn)變,對于各個學(xué)校的側(cè)重點線面的不同就突出該學(xué)校的特色所在。唯一制約農(nóng)村發(fā)展校園特色足球的因素就要解決師資力量不足,掌握教學(xué)知識缺乏,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不重視等問題。應(yīng)加大對這些問題的重視度,加大宣傳,把農(nóng)村校園特色足球業(yè)發(fā)展起來,在此環(huán)境下我們應(yīng)該完善校園特色足球建立讓校園特色足球的春天帶來祖國足球的明天。成都市校園特色足球開展應(yīng)建立一個評價體系來完善并且保持一個長久有效的機制。公正公平的評價校園特色足球活動。針對出現(xiàn)的問題提出建議為:1、加強學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視,以足球文化理念引領(lǐng)校園特色足球的發(fā)展;2、利用學(xué)校獨有的條件打造特色足球品牌,樹立一校一品理念;3、加強組織管理體系并落實特色足球的發(fā)展制度;4、累積足球教學(xué)相關(guān)資源不斷提升足球在體育課中課程效能;5、創(chuàng)編校本足球教材推動校園特色足球的形成;6、創(chuàng)建足球城鄉(xiāng)合作平臺促進城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)校共同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In March 16, 2015, the Chinese government network officially announced the overall plan of China football reform. There are fifty countermeasures, including making football into campus, building campus special football, and putting football into sports teaching content, adding University proportion to innovation. This article takes Chengdu as the research object, and tries to find out the problems in the development of the primary school football in Chengdu by investigating and analyzing the activities of the campus football pilot schools in Chengdu (national level, provincial), and puts forward some constructive suggestions on the problems found in the development of the primary school football in Chengdu, and studies the formation of the "characteristic" as the core.
