小學(xué)教師激勵性評價失當(dāng)行為研究

【摘要】:教師對學(xué)生的評價行為是小學(xué)教育中最為常見的一種現(xiàn)象,同時也是教師與學(xué)生進(jìn)行雙邊活動的重要形式。教學(xué)的實(shí)施離不開教學(xué)評價行為,而激勵性評價行為正是教學(xué)評價體系中一個重要組成部分,對學(xué)生的發(fā)展具有重要意義。然而,結(jié)合已有研究和實(shí)際的課堂教學(xué)來看,有關(guān)小學(xué)教師激勵性評價行為的相關(guān)研究較少,且在實(shí)際的課堂教學(xué)中,小學(xué)教師的激勵性評價行為存在諸多問題;诖,本研究主要選擇小學(xué)教師激勵性評價失當(dāng)行為作為研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)法和觀察法,在梳理文獻(xiàn)教師激勵性評價行為的內(nèi)涵、特征和功能等方面文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采取目的性抽樣,選擇Y小學(xué)教師的常規(guī)課進(jìn)行課堂觀察,觀察內(nèi)容主要包括小學(xué)教師語言類、文字類、體態(tài)類、實(shí)物類激勵性評價失當(dāng)行為。在對小學(xué)教師激勵性評價失當(dāng)行為現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述基礎(chǔ)之上,分析出小學(xué)教師激勵性評價失當(dāng)行為存在語言類評價失衡、文字類評價失真、體態(tài)類評價失落、實(shí)物類評價失策等問題。并對存在問題進(jìn)行原因分析,設(shè)計(jì)出“金口易開”,口中有“度”、“文以人化”,字中有“情”、“動口動手”,動中有“人”、“物以載志”,物中有“思”等幾個符合小學(xué)生特點(diǎn)的小學(xué)教師激勵性評價失當(dāng)行為優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:Teachers' evaluation of students is the most common phenomenon in primary education, and it is also an important form of bilateral activities between teachers and students. The implementation of teaching is inseparable from the teaching evaluation behavior, and the incentive evaluation behavior is an important part of the teaching evaluation system, which is of great significance to the development of students. However, combined with the existing research and actual classroom teaching, there are few related studies on the incentive evaluation behavior of primary school teachers, and in the actual classroom teaching, there are many problems in the incentive evaluation behavior of primary school teachers. Based on this, this research mainly selects the primary school teachers' incentive evaluation misconduct behavior as the research object, adopts the literature method and the observation method, combs the literature teacher incentive appraisal behavior connotation, the characteristic and the function and so on literature foundation. Taking purposeful sampling, teachers of Y primary school are selected for classroom observation. The contents of observation mainly include language class, character class, body type, physical type of encouragement and improper evaluation behavior of primary school teachers. On the basis of describing the current situation of the misbehavior of incentive evaluation of primary school teachers, it is analyzed that there are imbalance of language evaluation, distortion of text evaluation and loss of body evaluation. Problems such as poor evaluation of material objects and so on. By analyzing the causes of the existing problems, the author designs "golden mouth is easy to open", "degree" in mouth, "humanization of text", "emotion", "moving mouth", "man" in movement, and "content in order to carry records" in the word "emotion", "moving mouth hands", "moving mouth" and "carrying records". There are some optimized strategies of encouraging and appraising improper behavior of primary school teachers in accordance with the characteristics of primary school students.
