高年段小學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)問題及對(duì)策的研究

【摘要】:對(duì)于現(xiàn)代人而言,自主學(xué)習(xí)能力是一種非常重要的能力。作為教師要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生嘗試自主學(xué)習(xí),體驗(yàn)到成功的樂趣。而教師們正在努力探索如何讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)自主學(xué)習(xí),從時(shí)間和空間上保證自主學(xué)習(xí)的需要。但是,我們的孩子并沒有真正學(xué)會(huì)自主學(xué)習(xí),面臨需要自主學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)有些手無足措;在我們的教學(xué)之中,老師注重的是知識(shí)的傳授,而缺少對(duì)學(xué)生必要的自學(xué)能力的指導(dǎo),我國學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力較差。本著負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度,本論文研究的中心是關(guān)于高年段小學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的情況,具體包括其現(xiàn)階段自主學(xué)習(xí)的情況以及如何指導(dǎo)其更好地進(jìn)行自主學(xué)習(xí)。通過嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)恼{(diào)查,進(jìn)行相關(guān)現(xiàn)象的深刻剖析,并作出嚴(yán)密的總結(jié),最后為高年段小學(xué)生更好地自主學(xué)習(xí)提供科學(xué)合理的指導(dǎo)建議。本課題研究編制了《高年段小學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問卷》,對(duì)大連市某區(qū)五所學(xué)校的300名學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。高年段小學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:1.學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)不強(qiáng);2.學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)不明確;3.學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容單一;4.學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)方法欠缺不恰當(dāng);5.學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間不固定;6.學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)效果有待加強(qiáng)。通過對(duì)高年段小學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)況進(jìn)行調(diào)查我們發(fā)現(xiàn)如下的結(jié)果:第一,盡管在小學(xué)階段,其自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的重要性已經(jīng)獲得校方普遍的共識(shí),但是只是停留在認(rèn)識(shí)階段,還未能運(yùn)用到實(shí)踐中。第二,盡管老師們大多想要對(duì)高年段小學(xué)生進(jìn)行關(guān)于自主學(xué)習(xí)的培養(yǎng)和指導(dǎo),但是教師本身自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力往往不夠,對(duì)于學(xué)生的指導(dǎo)不僅不能具體問題具體分析,有時(shí)候還容易半途而廢。第三,盡管部分學(xué)校的教師已經(jīng)對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行了學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo),但是相當(dāng)多的學(xué)生對(duì)指導(dǎo)的結(jié)果滿意度不夠,這樣的學(xué)生達(dá)到了調(diào)查人數(shù)的近三分之一。本論文的研究目的在于為高年段小學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)提供相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)對(duì)策,以幫助他們提高自主學(xué)習(xí)的技能,所以在分析具體情況的同時(shí),本論文有針對(duì)性的給出了相應(yīng)的意見和問題的解決辦法,努力幫助高年段小學(xué)生提高自主學(xué)習(xí)的技能和方法,同時(shí)也希望有關(guān)校方能夠更加重視這個(gè)問題。
[Abstract]:For modern people, autonomous learning is a very important ability. As a teacher, we should guide students to try to learn independently and experience the fun of success. Teachers are trying to find out how to make students learn to learn autonomously and to ensure the need of autonomous learning in time and space. However, our children do not really learn to learn autonomously, and in the face of the need to learn autonomously, some of them do not know what to do. In our teaching, the teacher pays attention to the teaching of knowledge and lacks guidance on the students' necessary self-study ability. Our students' ability to learn independently is poor. In a responsible attitude, the focus of this paper is on the situation of self-regulated learning of senior primary school students, including the current situation of autonomous learning and how to guide them to better carry out autonomous learning. Through the rigorous investigation, the related phenomena are deeply analyzed, and a close summary is made. Finally, scientific and reasonable guidance suggestions are provided for the pupils in the senior stage to learn more independently. In this paper, a questionnaire was compiled to investigate 300 students in five schools in a district of Dalian. The current situation of autonomous learning in senior middle school students showed that the result of the survey was 1: 1. Students' consciousness of autonomous learning is not strong. Students' autonomous learning goals are not clear. The content of students' autonomous learning is single. Students' lack of autonomous learning methods is not appropriate. Students' autonomous learning time is not fixed. The effect of students' autonomous learning needs to be strengthened. Through the investigation of the current situation of autonomous learning in senior primary school students, we find the following results: first, although the importance of autonomous learning ability in primary school has been generally recognized by the school authorities, it is only at the stage of cognition. It has not yet been applied to practice. Second, although most of the teachers want to train and instruct the senior pupils on autonomous learning, the teachers' ability of autonomous learning is often insufficient, and the guidance for the students is not only unable to analyze the specific problems. Sometimes it's easy to give up halfway. Third, although teachers in some schools have already given instruction to their students, a considerable number of students are not satisfied with the results of the guidance, reaching nearly 1/3 of the students surveyed. The purpose of this paper is to provide the corresponding improvement countermeasures for the autonomous learning of senior primary school students in order to help them to improve their autonomous learning skills, so while analyzing the specific situation, This paper gives the corresponding suggestions and solutions to the problem, and tries to help the senior school students to improve the skills and methods of autonomous learning, but also hope that the school can pay more attention to this problem.
