沈陽市小學(xué)輪滑運(yùn)動開展的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:輪滑是一項風(fēng)靡世界的運(yùn)動項目,以其特有的趣味性、健身性、娛樂性、競技性、技巧性、觀賞性、休閑性等特質(zhì),擁有了龐大的受眾群體,尤其是深受廣大青少年兒童的喜愛。為了推動這一熱興運(yùn)動項目在我國的發(fā)展,相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的專家學(xué)者對我國輪滑運(yùn)動做了詳細(xì)的研究,著重指出了在青少年中推廣與普及輪滑運(yùn)動的重要性。輪滑不僅能夠促進(jìn)學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的提高,并且還能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生堅強(qiáng)的意志品質(zhì),對于現(xiàn)在小學(xué)生的不良生活習(xí)慣的改善和自主性的培養(yǎng)起到了關(guān)鍵的作用。為了掌握輪滑運(yùn)動在沈陽市小學(xué)的開展情況,本文在沈陽市小學(xué)中選取了十所輪滑運(yùn)動開展較好的學(xué)校作為研究對象,對其校園輪滑運(yùn)動的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研,旨在于切實把握影響沈陽市小學(xué)輪滑運(yùn)動發(fā)展的因素,透析其實質(zhì)所在,制定科學(xué)實效的發(fā)展對策,以便于為推動輪滑運(yùn)動在沈陽市小學(xué)的全面普及與發(fā)展,提供借鑒與參考。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,得出的研究結(jié)論如下:(1)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施匱乏、課程體系建設(shè)不健全以及課外輪滑活動開展不理想等現(xiàn)象,是沈陽市小學(xué)輪滑運(yùn)動發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的具體體現(xiàn)。(2)輪滑社團(tuán)和輪滑課,是小學(xué)生在校內(nèi)參與輪滑運(yùn)動的主要形式;其參與頻率與時長基本合理,參與動機(jī)具有積極性與被動性的雙重特征。(3)輪滑教學(xué)師資隊伍的年齡結(jié)構(gòu)與性別結(jié)構(gòu)不合理;整體性的學(xué)歷水平較低;輪滑教師的專業(yè)性不強(qiáng);其工資待遇不高,接受專業(yè)崗位培訓(xùn)不理想。(4)學(xué)生家長方面:對于學(xué)生參與學(xué)校輪滑運(yùn)動的支持度不高,主要體現(xiàn)在怕影響學(xué)習(xí)、擔(dān)心安全問題。(5)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方面:由于患得患失的心理較為嚴(yán)重,怕影響升學(xué)率、怕出現(xiàn)運(yùn)動損傷,使得學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對于學(xué)校輪滑運(yùn)動的發(fā)展給予的支持還有待于進(jìn)一步提高。(6)通過對沈陽市小學(xué)輪滑運(yùn)動開展的現(xiàn)狀得出的結(jié)論,可以有五方面的發(fā)展對策,首先要有效整合現(xiàn)有的資源,其次要提高學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的認(rèn)知水平,第三要加強(qiáng)師資隊伍建設(shè),第四要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自主參與意識,最后要增強(qiáng)校園輪滑運(yùn)動的宣揚(yáng)力度。根據(jù)以上調(diào)查分析,提出如下建議:(1)教育部可以聯(lián)合相關(guān)體育部門及學(xué)校出臺相關(guān)的督促、監(jiān)導(dǎo)措施,推動小學(xué)輪滑運(yùn)動的普及與發(fā)展,并且要合理且有效的利用部分教育資金,社會贊助,盡最大可能改善學(xué)校的場地器材設(shè)施的建設(shè);(2)加強(qiáng)對專業(yè)人才的引進(jìn),注重對輪滑教師的技能培訓(xùn),從數(shù)量與質(zhì)量兩個方面,來促進(jìn)小學(xué)輪滑師資的建設(shè);(3)構(gòu)建輪滑教學(xué)多元化的授課模式,激發(fā)與調(diào)動學(xué)生參與輪滑學(xué)習(xí)的主動性,加大輪滑運(yùn)動的宣傳力度,提高輪滑運(yùn)動在小學(xué)生群體中的影響力。
[Abstract]:Roller skating is a popular sport in the world. It has a large audience with its unique characteristics of interest, fitness, entertainment, competition, skill, appreciation, leisure, etc. Especially by the majority of young children love. In order to promote the development of this sport in China, experts and scholars in related fields have made a detailed study on roller skating in China, and emphatically pointed out the importance of promoting and popularizing roller skating among young people. Roller skating can not only promote the improvement of students' physical quality, but also cultivate students' strong will, which plays a key role in the improvement of pupils' bad living habits and the cultivation of their autonomy. In order to understand the development of roller skating in primary schools in Shenyang City, this paper selects 10 schools in Shenyang primary schools to carry out better roller skating sports as the research object, and investigates the current situation of the development of roller skating sports on campus. The purpose of this paper is to grasp the factors affecting the development of roller skating in primary schools in Shenyang, to analyze its essence, and to formulate scientific and effective development countermeasures, so as to provide reference and reference for promoting the popularization and development of roller skating in primary schools in Shenyang. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics. The conclusions are as follows: 1) lack of infrastructure, imperfect curriculum system and unsatisfactory development of extracurricular roller skating activities, etc. It is the concrete embodiment of the present situation of the development of the primary school roller skating in Shenyang. It is the main form of the primary school students participating in the roller skating, and the frequency and duration of the participation are basically reasonable. The participation motivation has the dual characteristics of positivity and passivity. (3) the age structure and gender structure of roller skating teaching teachers are unreasonable; the overall educational level is low; the professional nature of roller skating teachers is not strong; the salary is not high. Receiving professional post training is not ideal for the parents of students: the degree of support for students participating in school roller skating is not high, mainly reflected in fear of affecting learning, worrying about safety problems. For fear of affecting the promotion rate and the occurrence of sports injuries, the support given by school leaders to the development of school roller skating needs to be further improved.) the conclusion reached through the current situation of roller skating in primary schools in Shenyang, There can be five development countermeasures: first, to effectively integrate existing resources, secondly to improve the cognitive level of school leaders, third, to strengthen the construction of teachers, and fourth, to cultivate students' consciousness of independent participation. Finally, to enhance the campus roller skating sports publicity. Based on the above investigation and analysis, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) the Ministry of Education may, in conjunction with relevant sports departments and schools, issue relevant supervision and guidance measures to promote the popularization and development of roller skating in primary schools.
