南昌市校園足球特色小學(xué)足球課教學(xué)活動(dòng)研究

【摘要】:2015年2月中共中央深改組第十次會(huì)議上提出了足球改革的總體方案,即遵循足球發(fā)展的規(guī)律,破除體制障礙,夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)、立足長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn),從確立足球俱樂(lè)部的市場(chǎng)主體地位、深化足球管理體制改革、落實(shí)財(cái)政投入與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)整體規(guī)劃、以管辦分離與市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作破除發(fā)展瓶頸等方面著力,促進(jìn)中國(guó)足球事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,引導(dǎo)中國(guó)向體育強(qiáng)國(guó)邁進(jìn)。2015年7月教育部等六部委頒布《教育部等6部門關(guān)于加快發(fā)展青少年校園足球的實(shí)施意見(jiàn)》,在該意見(jiàn)中確立2020年將構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色青少年校園足球體系的整體目標(biāo),并將目標(biāo)任務(wù)細(xì)化為足球普及、教學(xué)改革、課外鍛煉、競(jìng)賽體制、后備人員培養(yǎng)等五大任務(wù)。《義務(wù)教育體育與健康課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(2011年版)》中提出尊重學(xué)生的主體地位,增進(jìn)學(xué)生的身心健康,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生體育鍛煉的良好習(xí)慣,養(yǎng)成學(xué)生勇敢頑強(qiáng)與堅(jiān)忍不拔的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)為目標(biāo),這都為校園足球的發(fā)展提供政策與制度支持。校園足球已經(jīng)上升到國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略層面,具有極為廣闊的發(fā)展前景。本文以南昌市校園足球特色小學(xué)為例,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法及邏輯分析法等方法進(jìn)行研究。問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法是最為主要的研究方法,隨機(jī)抽取南昌市的8所校園足球特色小學(xué)中的教師、學(xué)生及家長(zhǎng)作為調(diào)研對(duì)象,根據(jù)調(diào)研對(duì)象的身份和本文相關(guān)研究項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,并組織相應(yīng)訪談,對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷作出評(píng)定和補(bǔ)充。本文對(duì)南昌市校園足球特色小學(xué)足球課教學(xué)活動(dòng)的研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行歸納和總結(jié),得出以下觀點(diǎn):1、足球課是小學(xué)“校園足球”活動(dòng)開(kāi)展最核心、最基礎(chǔ)的部分,根據(jù)青少年身心發(fā)展敏感期設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的足球教學(xué)內(nèi)容,使學(xué)生技能、身體、心理、人格得到全面發(fā)展。2、足球課的課程設(shè)置方面需科學(xué)化、合理化,其中包括足球課開(kāi)設(shè)年級(jí)、足球課開(kāi)設(shè)次數(shù)、足球課教學(xué)群體、足球課教學(xué)人數(shù)、足球教材的使用與足球校本教材開(kāi)發(fā)等方面。3、在小學(xué)足球課教學(xué)中學(xué)校重視程度、場(chǎng)地、體育教師的三者關(guān)系相輔相成,學(xué)校重視程度尤為重要,決定了足球課的開(kāi)展效果。4、部分學(xué)校對(duì)于“校園足球”活動(dòng)的認(rèn)知程度不足,僅僅停留在只注重學(xué)校梯隊(duì)建設(shè)或足球課程體系上。5、通過(guò)足球課的開(kāi)展對(duì)學(xué)校、學(xué)生及家長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生良好效果。
[Abstract]:At the 10th meeting of the deep reorganization of the CPC Central Committee in February 2015, the overall plan of football reform was put forward, that is, to follow the rules of football development, break down the institutional obstacles, consolidate the foundation, base on the long run, and establish the dominant position of football clubs in the market. To deepen the reform of the football management system, to implement the overall plan for financial investment and infrastructure construction, and to promote the healthy development of China's football industry in such aspects as separation of management and market operation, breaking the bottleneck of development, etc. In July 2015, six ministries, such as the Ministry of Education, promulgated the opinions on speeding up the Development of Youth Campus Football by the Ministry of Education and other departments, in which it was established that young people with Chinese characteristics would be built in 2020. The overall goal of the campus football system, The goal task is divided into five tasks: football popularization, teaching reform, extracurricular exercise, competition system, reserve personnel training and so on. In the Standard of compulsory Education physical Education and Health Curriculum (2011 Edition), it is proposed to respect the main position of students. The goal of improving students' physical and mental health, cultivating students' good habit of physical exercise and developing students' excellent quality of bravery, tenacity and perseverance provides policy and system support for the development of campus football. Campus football has risen to the level of national development strategy, and has a very broad development prospects. This article takes Nanchang campus football characteristic primary school as an example, uses the literature material method, the interview method, the questionnaire survey, the mathematical statistics method and the logic analysis method to carry on the research. Questionnaire survey is the most important research method, randomly selected teachers, students and parents of 8 campus football characteristic primary schools in Nanchang as the research object, according to the identity of the research object and the related research project of this paper, design the questionnaire. And organized the corresponding interview, to the questionnaire to make the appraisal and the supplement. This paper sums up and summarizes the research results of football teaching activities in Nanchang Campus Football characteristic Primary School, and comes to the following viewpoint: soccer lesson is the core and the most basic part of primary school "campus football" activities. According to the sensitive period of teenagers' physical and mental development, the corresponding football teaching contents are designed, so that the students' skills, body, psychology and personality can be developed in an all-round way. The number of football courses, the teaching groups, the number of football teaching students, the use of football teaching materials and the development of football school-based teaching materials, etc. The importance of the school is particularly important, which determines the effect of football class. 4. Some schools do not know enough about the "campus football" activities. Only pay attention to school echelon construction or football curriculum system .5. through the development of football lessons to schools, students and parents have a good effect.
