十堰市柳林小學(xué)跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:跳繩是一項(xiàng)古老的傳統(tǒng)體育運(yùn)動(dòng),攜帶方便,容易開(kāi)展,距今已有上千年的歷史。跳繩具有很強(qiáng)的健身性,娛樂(lè)性和群眾性,其不受場(chǎng)地和天氣的限制,動(dòng)作可以簡(jiǎn)單也可以復(fù)雜,跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng),可以鍛煉身體,增強(qiáng)靈敏性、彈跳力、耐力和協(xié)調(diào)性等身體機(jī)能,非常適合在中小學(xué)中普及與開(kāi)展。本文以湖北省十堰市柳林小學(xué)跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法等方法研究跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)在柳林小學(xué)的開(kāi)展?fàn)顩r,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析與思考。通過(guò)對(duì)柳林小學(xué)跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展?fàn)顩r的調(diào)查研究,驗(yàn)證柳林小學(xué)開(kāi)展的跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)有利于豐富該校體育課程內(nèi)容,激發(fā)孩子體育鍛煉的興趣,增進(jìn)身體健康。并結(jié)合開(kāi)展跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)該校開(kāi)展跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)的各項(xiàng)因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,指出該校跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足,并提出建設(shè)性、合理化建議。為柳林小學(xué)《以跳繩為特色的陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展的實(shí)踐與研究》這一市級(jí)課題提供理論依據(jù),也為該校體育工作的開(kāi)展提供參考。結(jié)論:1、十堰市柳林小學(xué)的學(xué)校體育工作做得較好,擁有一批高學(xué)歷,高水平的專(zhuān)業(yè)專(zhuān)職體育師資隊(duì)伍,但跳繩專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)水平還有待提高;2、學(xué)生對(duì)跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠增進(jìn)健康,增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)的知曉率很高,而且對(duì)跳繩的興趣很濃,跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠符合小學(xué)生身心發(fā)展的規(guī)律,適應(yīng)學(xué)校體育特色文化建設(shè)的需求,適宜在學(xué)校中進(jìn)行普及和開(kāi)展。3、跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)在柳林小學(xué)得到普及與開(kāi)展,并得到了校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視與家長(zhǎng)的大力支持。體育課中,每周至少安排一課時(shí)的跳繩教學(xué),但教學(xué)方法和考核評(píng)價(jià)激勵(lì)措施比較單一,不利于提高學(xué)生跳繩的興趣。4、跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)在學(xué)校課外活動(dòng)中的開(kāi)展情況不容樂(lè)觀,跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)的課余訓(xùn)練與競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)情況有待加強(qiáng)。建議:1、充分利用現(xiàn)有的體育師資力量,加強(qiáng)對(duì)體育教師跳繩專(zhuān)業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)。2、教師要多開(kāi)展一些與跳繩有關(guān)的課外體育活動(dòng),主動(dòng)對(duì)學(xué)生的跳繩情況給予輔導(dǎo),幫助學(xué)生提高跳繩水平。3、教育行政部門(mén)每年舉行不同層次的跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽活動(dòng),激發(fā)學(xué)生參與跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)的興趣,達(dá)到鍛煉身體、增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)的效果。4、在小學(xué)升初中期間,把跳繩作為一項(xiàng)體育達(dá)標(biāo)測(cè)試項(xiàng)目,將它作為升學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,引起社會(huì)各界的重視與支持,使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成自覺(jué)練習(xí)的良好習(xí)慣。5、成立一支高水平的學(xué)校跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)。
[Abstract]:Rope skipping is an ancient traditional sports, easy to carry, easy to carry, has a history of thousands of years. Skipping rope has a strong fitness, entertainment and mass, it is not limited by the venue and weather, the movement can be simple or complex, skipping exercise, can exercise the body, enhance sensitivity, spring, endurance and coordination, and other physical functions, It is very suitable for popularization and development in primary and secondary schools. This paper takes the current situation of rope skipping movement in Liulin Primary School in Shiyan City as the research object. It mainly uses the methods of literature and questionnaire to study the development of rope skipping movement in Liulin Elementary School, and analyzes and thinks about it. Through the investigation and study of rope skipping in Liulin Primary School, it is proved that rope skipping in Liulin Elementary School is beneficial to enrich the content of physical education curriculum, stimulate children's interest in physical exercise and improve their health. Combined with the actual situation of rope skipping, this paper investigates and analyzes the factors of rope skipping in the school, points out the advantages and disadvantages of rope skipping in this school, and puts forward constructive and rational suggestions. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the practice and research of "Sunshine Sports with Rope skipping characteristics" in Liulin Elementary School, which is a municipal subject, and also provides a reference for the development of sports work in this school. Conclusion 1. The school physical education in Liulin Primary School in Shiyan City is well done, with a group of professional and full-time PE teachers with high educational background and high level, but the technical level of rope skipping still needs to be improved. The students can improve their health by skipping rope. The awareness rate of improving physical fitness is very high, and the interest in rope skipping is very strong. Rope skipping can conform to the law of pupils' physical and mental development and meet the needs of the construction of school sports characteristic culture. It is suitable to popularize and develop .3in schools. Rope skipping is popularized and carried out in Liulin Primary School, and it has been attached importance to by school leaders and strongly supported by parents. In the physical education class, at least one class hour is arranged every week, but the teaching method and the examination and evaluation incentive measure are relatively single, which is not conducive to improving the students' interest in rope skipping. The development of rope skipping in the extracurricular activities in the school is not optimistic. The extracurricular training and competition of rope skipping need to be strengthened. We suggest that we should make full use of the existing physical education teachers and strengthen the training of PE teachers in rope skipping. Teachers should carry out more extracurricular sports activities related to rope skipping and actively provide guidance to students on rope skipping. To help students improve their rope skipping level. 3. The educational administrative departments hold competition activities at different levels every year to stimulate students' interest in rope skipping, so as to achieve the effect of exercising their bodies and strengthening their physique. Taking rope skipping as a test item to reach the standard of physical education and taking it as an evaluation mechanism for higher education have aroused the attention and support of all walks of life, made students develop good habit of self-conscious practice, and set up a high level school rope skipping team.
