小學(xué)大課間室內(nèi)特色課間操創(chuàng)編研究

【摘要】:全國(guó)各校在貫徹中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)青少年體質(zhì)增強(qiáng)青少年體質(zhì)的意見(jiàn)》的通知,堅(jiān)持“健康第一”的指導(dǎo)思想下,積極蓬勃開(kāi)展億萬(wàn)陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng),認(rèn)真落實(shí)學(xué)生每天鍛煉一小時(shí)大力發(fā)展學(xué)校大課間體育活動(dòng)。本文立足此背景下,主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專(zhuān)家訪談法等方法對(duì)我國(guó)小學(xué)大課間體育活動(dòng)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)了解。整理得知:我國(guó)小學(xué)在開(kāi)展大課間活動(dòng)中總體上呈現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),但是部分地區(qū)學(xué)校存在場(chǎng)地器材不足,偶遇特殊天氣、活動(dòng)內(nèi)容形式單一等因素?zé)o法順利開(kāi)展大課間體育活動(dòng)的問(wèn)題。為在一定程度上緩解改善這一系列問(wèn)題,為學(xué)校進(jìn)一步豐富小學(xué)大課間體育活動(dòng)內(nèi)容和形式提供理論與實(shí)踐性的參考意見(jiàn)。本研究力求在遵循以人為本,體育與文化、體育與游戲相結(jié)合的指導(dǎo)思想下,創(chuàng)編出一系列較適用于室內(nèi)教室環(huán)境開(kāi)展、較易激發(fā)小學(xué)生鍛煉興趣且分別服務(wù)于小學(xué)1-2年級(jí)、3-4年級(jí)、5-6年級(jí)三個(gè)不同階段學(xué)生鍛煉的共計(jì)五套小學(xué)室內(nèi)特色課間操。即適用1-2年級(jí)小學(xué)生鍛煉的“小小少年-柔韌素質(zhì)類(lèi)室內(nèi)特色課間操”;適用3-4年級(jí)學(xué)生鍛煉的“快樂(lè)的小汽車(chē)-速度、靈敏類(lèi)室內(nèi)特色課間操”;適用5-6年級(jí)小學(xué)生鍛煉的“風(fēng)火少年-綜合素質(zhì)類(lèi)室內(nèi)特色課間操”、“節(jié)奏大師-綜合素質(zhì)類(lèi)室內(nèi)特色課間操”、“森林冒險(xiǎn)記-綜合素質(zhì)類(lèi)室內(nèi)特色課間操”。創(chuàng)編出的五套小學(xué)室內(nèi)特色課間操均較適用于室內(nèi)教室開(kāi)展,能較好的利用室內(nèi)教室空間環(huán)境,可以一定程度上避免學(xué)生體育鍛煉受陰雨、場(chǎng)地不足的影響。其操與游戲、操與文化、操與身體素質(zhì)鍛煉相結(jié)合的動(dòng)作表現(xiàn)形式能進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生鍛煉興趣,在一定程度上有助于保證學(xué)生每天體育活動(dòng)鍛煉質(zhì)量和時(shí)間,為進(jìn)一步豐富小學(xué)大課間體育活動(dòng)內(nèi)容和形式,推進(jìn)大課間發(fā)展和為未來(lái)室內(nèi)特色課間操相關(guān)創(chuàng)編提供理論性參考。
[Abstract]:In implementing the circular of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the physique of young people and adhering to the guiding ideology of "health first," schools throughout the country have vigorously carried out hundreds of millions of sunshine sports. We should conscientiously carry out the students' daily exercise for one hour and vigorously develop the physical activities between schools. This paper, based on this background, mainly adopts the method of literature and materials. The methods of expert interview and other methods have made a detailed understanding of the present situation of physical education activities in primary schools in our country. According to the arrangement, the primary schools in our country have taken on the trend of vigorous development in the development of large class activities on the whole. However, some schools in some regions have problems of insufficient space and equipment, occasional special weather, single form of activities, etc. In order to alleviate and improve this series of problems to a certain extent, they are unable to carry out large class sports activities smoothly. This study aims to provide theoretical and practical reference for further enriching the contents and forms of physical activities in primary schools. This study aims to follow the guiding ideology of people-oriented, sports and culture, sports and games. To create a series of more suitable for indoor classroom environment development, A total of five sets of indoor special class exercises for primary school students at different stages of grade 3-4 to grade 3-4 and grade 5-6, which are easy to stimulate pupils' interest in exercise and serve for grade 1-2 grade 3-4 grade 5-6 grades of primary school students. -Indoor characteristic class exercises of flexibility ";" Happy car-speed "for 3-4 grade students." Sensitive class indoor characteristic class exercises "5-6 grade primary school students exercise" "wind fire juvenile-comprehensive quality class indoor characteristic class exercises", "rhythm master-comprehensive quality class indoor characteristic class exercise", "forest adventure-comprehensive quality class" The five sets of indoor exercises created in primary schools are more suitable for the development of indoor classrooms. Can make good use of the indoor classroom space environment, can avoid to some extent the student physical training to be affected by the rain, the space insufficiency. Its exercise and the game, the exercise and the culture, The combination of exercise and physical fitness can further enhance the students' interest in exercise, and to a certain extent help to ensure the quality and time of students' physical exercise every day. In order to further enrich the content and form of physical activity between primary schools, promote the development of large class and provide theoretical reference for the future creation of indoor special class exercises.
