小學新任教師職業(yè)自信問題及對策

【摘要】:剛步入小學教師崗位的新任教師,在角色轉換中往往會產生諸多的不適應,難免陷入自卑的泥潭,喪失職業(yè)自信,甚至產生辭職想法。為此,要客觀認識新任教師階段,建立教育信念與信仰,全面看待學生成績的"進退",做好SWOT分析與教學筆記,利用網絡資源和線下交流學習,提升職業(yè)自信與職業(yè)能力。
[Abstract]:New teachers who have just entered the post of primary school teachers often have a lot of inadaptability in the course of changing their roles. They inevitably fall into the quagmire of inferiority complex, lose their professional self-confidence, and even produce the idea of resignation. Therefore, it is necessary to objectively understand the stage of the new teacher. We should establish educational beliefs and beliefs, look at students' achievements in an all-round way, make good SWOT analysis and teaching notes, use network resources and offline communication and study, and promote professional self-confidence and vocational ability.
