【摘要】：教研活動(dòng)策劃是優(yōu)化教研活動(dòng)組織實(shí)施的有效保障。當(dāng)前教研活動(dòng)存在規(guī)劃和目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)的"近視"現(xiàn)象、活動(dòng)組織的"粗放"現(xiàn)象和活動(dòng)質(zhì)量的"低效"現(xiàn)象等問題。以教研活動(dòng)策劃為切入點(diǎn),完善教研活動(dòng)的"造血"機(jī)制是一條有效途徑。要把握教研活動(dòng)策劃的理論依據(jù),即教研活動(dòng)要以教師為本,突出關(guān)鍵問題,利用優(yōu)勢條件,優(yōu)化活動(dòng)細(xì)節(jié);要把握教研活動(dòng)的策劃內(nèi)容,即教研活動(dòng)要關(guān)注活動(dòng)對(duì)象、活動(dòng)目標(biāo)、活動(dòng)主題、活動(dòng)載體、活動(dòng)形式、活動(dòng)流程和活動(dòng)效果;要把握教研活動(dòng)的策劃方法及步驟,即確定教研活動(dòng)主題,選定教研活動(dòng)的載體與形式,設(shè)計(jì)教研活動(dòng)流程,撰寫教研活動(dòng)方案,切實(shí)提高教研活動(dòng)的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:The planning of teaching and research activities is an effective guarantee to optimize the organization and implementation of teaching and research activities. At present, there are some problems in teaching and research activities, such as "myopia" in planning and goal design, "extensive" phenomenon in activity organization and "inefficient" phenomenon in activity quality. Taking the planning of teaching and research activities as the starting point, it is an effective way to perfect the hematopoietic mechanism of teaching and research activities. It is necessary to grasp the theoretical basis of the planning of teaching and research activities, that is, the teaching and research activities should be teacher-oriented, highlight the key problems, make use of the advantages, optimize the details of the activities, grasp the planning content of the teaching and research activities, that is, the teaching and research activities should pay attention to the object of the activity, the goal of the activity, the theme of the activity, the carrier of the activity, the form of the activity, the flow of the activity and the effect of the activity. It is necessary to grasp the planning methods and steps of teaching and research activities, that is, to determine the theme of teaching and research activities, to select the carrier and form of teaching and research activities, to design the process of teaching and research activities, to write the plan of teaching and research activities, and to effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching and research activities.
