教師課程執(zhí)行力的構(gòu)成要素與提升路徑

【摘要】:課程實(shí)施要取得好的效果,教師課程執(zhí)行力是關(guān)鍵。教師課程執(zhí)行力的構(gòu)成,包括教師的教育價(jià)值觀念、教師的實(shí)踐性知識(shí)、教師情緒智力等要素。教師敘事、自我引領(lǐng)和實(shí)踐反思是提升教師課程執(zhí)行力的路徑。
[Abstract]:To achieve good results in curriculum implementation, the teacher's executive ability of curriculum is the key. The composition of teachers' curriculum executive power includes teachers' educational values, teachers' practical knowledge, teachers' emotional intelligence and so on. Teachers' narration, self-guidance and practical reflection are the ways to improve teachers' curriculum execution.
