關于“有效教學”的另類思考

【摘要】:正(一)近幾年來,"有效教學"這個詞如同臺風來襲,鋪天蓋地,各類教育雜志、領導與專家的報告以及日常的教學研討中隨處可見,諸如"實施有效教學,打造有效課堂"一類的口號也比比皆是。在這些口號的風潮之中,確有一批躬身探索的實踐者,但也不免有一些摻和熱鬧不知所之的盲從者;這些口號的風潮中還不免摻雜著一些思想的泡沫,干擾著人們的行為,甚至變味為一種學術的浮躁。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the word "effective teaching" has been widely used in various educational magazines, leaders and experts' reports, as well as in daily teaching seminars, such as "implementing effective teaching." Slogans such as creating effective classrooms are everywhere. In the tide of these slogans, there is a group of practitioners who bow down to explore, but there are also some blind followers who do not know what to do with the excitement; These slogans are also mixed with some ideological foam, interfere with people's behavior, and even change into a kind of academic impetuosity.
