【摘要】：通過與全國一些著名的重點中學校長的對話與訪談,文章在對理想教育與現(xiàn)實教育進行了感性的考察和理性的實踐之基礎上,對中小學管理的現(xiàn)實和中小學名校長的培養(yǎng)作了理性的反思,結(jié)合中小學教育管理理論和實踐,從中小學教育教學管理的實際出發(fā),詮釋名校長成長的內(nèi)在要素,即要有思想、要有人格魅力、要有辦學實績。為校長的成長和培養(yǎng)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Through the dialogue and interview with the principals of some key middle schools in China, the article has carried on the perceptual investigation and the rational practice foundation to the ideal education and the realistic education. This paper makes a rational reflection on the reality of the management of primary and middle schools and the cultivation of famous principals of primary and secondary schools. Combining the theory and practice of educational management in primary and secondary schools, starting from the reality of educational and teaching management in primary and secondary schools, the paper interprets the inner elements of the growth of famous principals, that is, they should have ideas. Must have the personality charm, must have the school actual achievement. It provides a reference for the development and cultivation of the principal.
