研究班集體教育的新內(nèi)涵

【摘要】:正學(xué)生有意過失,讓班級(jí)扣分,讓班主任難堪,是難以理喻的。但看似荒誕的行為中,卻揭示了當(dāng)前班集體建設(shè)中一個(gè)繞不過去的命題——在"以學(xué)生為本"的語境下,我們?cè)趺从行нM(jìn)行集體主義教育。一、讓學(xué)生認(rèn)同班級(jí)集體在我們和學(xué)生的接觸中,撇開一些成人化的言詞背后,極大部分學(xué)生對(duì)班級(jí)的認(rèn)同感來自班級(jí)對(duì)自己的幫助。如果學(xué)生感受到班級(jí)的溫馨,獲得班主任和同學(xué)的幫助,能夠在班級(jí)中有所作為,他們就會(huì)認(rèn)同班級(jí),
[Abstract]:It is inexplicable that the students are deliberately negligent, so that the class points, so that the head teacher embarrassed, is inexplicable. But in the seemingly absurd behavior, it reveals an insurmountable proposition in the current class collective construction-how can we effectively carry out collectivism education in the context of "student-oriented"? First, let the students identify with the class collective in our contact with the students, put aside some adult words behind, most of the students identify with the class from the class to their own help. If the students feel the warmth of the class and get the help of the class teachers and classmates, they can make a difference in the class, they will identify with the class.
