【摘要】：促進(jìn)教師參與和分享,教師教育工作者要有需要管理的智慧、"示弱"和"用弱"的智慧、為教育理論設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐路徑的智慧、對實(shí)踐案例提煉操作策略的智慧。需要管理一是要引起需要,二是要指引需要的方向和對象。要引導(dǎo)教師為幸福生活而參與學(xué)習(xí),為幸福生活而專業(yè)成長。促進(jìn)分享,教師教育工作者要從思想的提供者轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樗枷氪龠M(jìn)者。觀課議課的參與者要從課程評價(jià)者變?yōu)檎n程建設(shè)者。
[Abstract]:To promote the participation and sharing of teachers, teachers should have the wisdom of management, the wisdom of "showing weakness" and "using weakness", the wisdom of designing practical paths for educational theory, and the wisdom of extracting operational strategies from practical cases. The need to manage one is to cause need, the other is to direct the direction and object of need. Teachers should be guided to participate in learning for a happy life and to grow professionally for a happy life. To promote sharing, teachers and educators should change from thought providers to thought promoters. The participants in the course-watching should change from the evaluator to the constructor.
