健美操教學(xué)對(duì)內(nèi)蒙幼師女學(xué)生心理健康狀況影響的研究

【摘要】:幼兒教師是我國(guó)教育事業(yè)必不可少的組成部分,幼師女生作為未來(lái)幼兒教育的中流砥柱,必須在各方面具備與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的素質(zhì)。當(dāng)今社會(huì)的發(fā)展不僅要求幼兒教師有傳授知識(shí)的素質(zhì)和和能力,同時(shí)也要求幼兒教師有積極向上的人生觀(guān)、價(jià)值觀(guān),幼兒教師積極的心理心態(tài)對(duì)幼兒未來(lái)心理的發(fā)展是至關(guān)重要的,因此,我們對(duì)幼師的教育也不應(yīng)當(dāng)僅限于知識(shí)的傳授,更應(yīng)該重視她們的心理健康教育。 健美操是近年來(lái)比較新的有氧健身運(yùn)動(dòng),由于其動(dòng)作簡(jiǎn)單易學(xué),音樂(lè)活潑動(dòng)感,在學(xué)生體育運(yùn)動(dòng)中被廣泛推廣,健美操的各種教學(xué)成果也證明了其體育價(jià)值。隨著健美操教學(xué)在各類(lèi)學(xué)校的推廣,健美操的心理影響力也漸漸引起人們的重視,大量的研究證明了健美操有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)心理健康又積極的影響。 本文旨在對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古民族幼兒師范藝術(shù)學(xué)校健美操普修課一年級(jí)240名女學(xué)生參加健美操教學(xué)前后和不同的教學(xué)方法,通過(guò)王極盛教授(1997)撰寫(xiě)的《中國(guó)中學(xué)生心理健康量表》MSSMHS,觀(guān)察學(xué)生在強(qiáng)迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系緊張與敏感、學(xué)習(xí)壓力、強(qiáng)迫癥狀等方面所受到的影響進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,研究健美操教學(xué)以及不同教學(xué)方法對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古幼兒師范藝術(shù)學(xué)校的幼師女生在各項(xiàng)心理因素方面會(huì)產(chǎn)生影響,并分析改善這些因素原因,,為當(dāng)前幼師女生健美操在體育課中實(shí)施運(yùn)用提供一定理論依據(jù),為幼師健美操教師更好的調(diào)整教學(xué)方法,制定健美操教學(xué)發(fā)展策略提供依據(jù)。對(duì)提高幼師女生素質(zhì),貫徹素質(zhì)教育和終身體育思想具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:As the mainstay of preschool education in the future, kindergarten teachers must have the quality of keeping pace with the times in all aspects. The development of today's society requires not only the quality and ability of imparting knowledge to preschool teachers, but also the positive outlook on life and values of early childhood teachers. The positive mental state of preschool teachers is very important to the development of children's psychology in the future. Therefore, the education of kindergarten teachers should not only be limited to the teaching of knowledge, but also should pay more attention to their mental health education. Aerobics is a relatively new aerobic exercise in recent years. Because of its easy to learn and lively music, aerobics has been widely promoted in students' sports. The teaching results of aerobics have also proved its sports value. With the promotion of aerobics teaching in all kinds of schools, the psychological influence of aerobics has gradually attracted people's attention. A large number of studies have proved that aerobics aerobic exercise has a positive impact on mental health. The purpose of this paper is to introduce different teaching methods before and after the teaching of aerobics for 240 female students in the first grade of aerobics general course in Inner Mongolia National normal School of Preschool. The MSSMHSS, written by Professor Wang Jisheng (1997), was used to investigate the effects on students' obsessive symptoms, interpersonal tension and sensitivity, learning stress and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. This paper studies the influence of aerobics teaching and different teaching methods on the psychological factors of preschool normal school girls in Inner Mongolia, and analyzes the reasons for improving these factors. It provides a certain theoretical basis for the current application of female aerobics in physical education, better adjustment of teaching methods and formulation of aerobics teaching development strategy for kindergarten teachers. It is of great significance to improve the quality of girls and carry out quality education and lifelong physical education.
