【摘要】：正財政部發(fā)布的2012年中央財政支持教育發(fā)展情況報告指出,2012年,全國財政性教育經(jīng)費支出達2.2萬億元,如期實現(xiàn)教育規(guī)劃綱要提出的國家財政性教育經(jīng)費支出占國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值比例達4%的目標(biāo)。其中,中央財政教育支出3781億元,比2011年增長15.7%。在促進義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展方面,2012年,中央財政安排農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育經(jīng)費保障機制改革資金865.4億元,全國約1.2億名學(xué)生享受免學(xué)雜費和免費教科書政策,中西部地區(qū)約1333萬名家庭經(jīng)濟困難寄宿生獲
[Abstract]:According to the 2012 report on the Development of Education supported by the Central Government, released by the Ministry of Finance, in 2012, the national financial expenditure on education amounted to 2.2 trillion yuan.The goal of spending 4% of the GDP on national financial education expenditure as set out in the outline of the education program is achieved on schedule.Of these, the central government spent 378.1 billion yuan on education, an increase of 15.710 yuan over 2011.In order to promote the balanced development of compulsory education, in 2012, the central government allocated 86.54 billion yuan for the reform of the funding guarantee mechanism for rural compulsory education, and about 120 million students throughout the country enjoyed the policy of waiving tuition fees and free textbooks.About 13.33 million boarding students from economically disadvantaged families in the central and western part of the country
