分層教學(xué)法在自由泳教學(xué)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:《青少年體育發(fā)展“十三五”規(guī)劃》明確要求發(fā)展青少年體育應(yīng)以增強(qiáng)青少年體質(zhì)為根本目標(biāo),以提高發(fā)展質(zhì)量和效益為中心,以建立完善的青少年體育公共服務(wù)體系為主線,綜合提高青少年的體育素養(yǎng),不僅是身體參與,更要懂得體育、了解體育、喜歡體育,養(yǎng)成終身參與體育的習(xí)慣,讓體育成為自己生活的組成部分!兑(guī)劃》還提出普遍增強(qiáng)青少年體質(zhì)是通過廣泛開展體育活動(dòng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。教育部體衛(wèi)藝司司長王登峰也指出,體育在學(xué)校里必須完成的三方面任務(wù):“一、提高學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康水平;二、讓學(xué)生至少掌握一項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能;三是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健全的人格,讓他們知道團(tuán)結(jié)隊(duì)友,尊重對手,尊重規(guī)則”,為提高學(xué)校體育自由泳教學(xué)的技術(shù)水平,為在自由泳技術(shù)教學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域,本文對自由泳教學(xué)過程,運(yùn)用分層教學(xué)法和傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法進(jìn)行對比實(shí)驗(yàn),并著重對自由泳教學(xué)過程中的技術(shù)動(dòng)作進(jìn)行分解研究。本文以分層教學(xué)法在自由泳教學(xué)中的實(shí)施為研究對象。選取金港大酒店游泳俱樂部40名學(xué)生進(jìn)行了為期10天的授課,自由泳實(shí)驗(yàn)班20名學(xué)生采用分層教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,對照班20名學(xué)生采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,為了保證實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的真實(shí)性和可靠性,均衡處理實(shí)驗(yàn)班和對照班同學(xué)的技能水平和學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)水平,在分別運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法和分層教學(xué)法進(jìn)行教學(xué)后,詳細(xì)統(tǒng)計(jì)測試結(jié)果并填寫調(diào)查問卷,針對兩班的教學(xué)成果,得出實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、錄像觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、問卷調(diào)查法和實(shí)驗(yàn)法,對實(shí)驗(yàn)班和對照班的學(xué)生在實(shí)驗(yàn)前后分別進(jìn)行基本情況測試、身體素質(zhì)測試、自由泳技術(shù)水平測試和學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)測試,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析。通過對比結(jié)果表明:通過分層教學(xué)法,實(shí)驗(yàn)班和對照班的學(xué)生在基本情況指標(biāo)上沒有顯著性差異,兩班在身體素質(zhì)上沒有明顯差異,但是在自由泳個(gè)技術(shù)動(dòng)作、成績和學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)上上有顯著性差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究建議為:俱樂部應(yīng)在自由泳教學(xué)中開展分層教學(xué)方法;分層教學(xué)法有助于自由泳技術(shù)動(dòng)作的學(xué)習(xí),在教學(xué)中開拓創(chuàng)新運(yùn)用新的教學(xué)方法,才能取得良好教學(xué)效果。優(yōu)化教學(xué)環(huán)境;通過創(chuàng)設(shè)輕松的課堂教學(xué)環(huán)境,讓學(xué)生正視自己的恐懼心理,教學(xué)中教師的語言、行為、舉止對學(xué)生的心理影響是十分顯著的。加強(qiáng)教師自身水平;不同學(xué)生的自身素質(zhì)、主觀能動(dòng)性和技術(shù)動(dòng)作基礎(chǔ)都不盡相同,不同學(xué)生存在著明顯差異,這就是分層教學(xué)法存在的必要,也是分層教學(xué)法可以取得良好教學(xué)成果的保證。因此教師應(yīng)該不斷加強(qiáng)自身教學(xué)能力和技術(shù)水平,才能夠有目標(biāo)性和針對性對不同基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行教學(xué)。

The selection of 40 students in the swimming club of Jingang Hotel is conducted for 10 days, and 20 students in the free-stroke experimental class adopt the layered teaching method to carry out the experimental study, and the 20 students in the control class adopt the traditional teaching method to carry out the experimental study. in order to ensure the authenticity and the reliability of the experimental results, the skill level and the learning motivation level of the experimental class and the control class of the control class are balanced, and after the teaching is carried out by using the traditional teaching method and the layered teaching method, the test results are detailed and the questionnaire is filled out, The experimental results are obtained for two classes of teaching results. This paper adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, video observation, mathematical statistics, questionnaire and experiment. The students in the experiment class and the control class carry out basic condition test, physical fitness test, free-stroke technical level test and learning motivation test before and after the experiment. And the result is compared and analyzed. The results show that there is no significant difference in the basic condition of the students in the experiment class and the control class through the stratification teaching method, but there is no significant difference in the physical quality of the two classes, but there is a significant difference in the free-stroke technical action, the achievement and the learning motivation. The experimental research suggests that the club should carry out the layered teaching method in the free-stroke teaching; the layered teaching method is helpful to the study of the free-stroke technical action, and the new teaching method can be used in the teaching to achieve the good teaching effect. The teaching environment is optimized; by creating a relaxed classroom teaching environment, the students face their own fears, and the language, behavior and behavior of the teachers in the teaching are very significant to the students' psychological influence. The teacher's own level is strengthened; the self-quality, the subjective initiative and the technical action foundation of the different students are different, and the different students have obvious differences, which is the necessity of the layered teaching method, and the layered teaching method can obtain the guarantee of good teaching result. Therefore, the teachers should constantly strengthen their teaching ability and technical level, and can only be targeted and targeted to the teaching of different basic students.
