“茶文化”融入體育教學(xué)的思路分析

【摘要】:高校體育教學(xué)在參與大學(xué)生職業(yè)素質(zhì)教育上能起到不可替代的作用,這在許多高校的教學(xué)實(shí)踐中都已印證。但這里也需要強(qiáng)調(diào),即高校體育還需要關(guān)注學(xué)生的"自組織"系統(tǒng)的建立,從而使他們能夠獨(dú)自完成心理干預(yù)和情緒調(diào)適的任務(wù)。為此,需要重點(diǎn)分析茶文化融入體育教學(xué)之中的思路。在實(shí)施過程中,可圍繞著:對(duì)體育教師進(jìn)行茶文化培訓(xùn)、探究式整合茶文化有用元素、充分利用專業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)場(chǎng)地、建立知行結(jié)合的教學(xué)新模式等四個(gè)方面來展開。
[Abstract]:Physical education in colleges and universities can play an irreplaceable role in participating in the vocational quality education of college students, which has been verified in the teaching practice of many colleges and universities. However, it is also necessary to emphasize that college physical education also needs to pay attention to the establishment of the "self-organization" system of students, so as to enable them to complete the task of psychological intervention and emotional adjustment on their own. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the analysis of tea culture into physical education. In the process of implementation, it can be carried out in four aspects: training PE teachers in tea culture, integrating useful elements of tea culture in inquiry, making full use of professional training teaching venues, and establishing a new teaching mode of combination of knowledge and practice.
