【摘要】：為打造一個獨具中華文化內涵的武術對抗項目,以太極推手的競賽規(guī)則為主要研究對象,運用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、實驗法等研究方法對太極推手的競賽模式和競賽規(guī)則展開了深入研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):根據(jù)打造一個現(xiàn)代武術對抗類競賽項目的實際需要,采取了"限定技術、精選技法、形成簡明技術體系"的整體改革思路;經(jīng)比賽試驗可知,新的競賽方法不僅消除了曾多年困擾競技太極推手發(fā)展的頂牛、摟抱、抓衣服、像摔跤、滿場跑等現(xiàn)象,而且使競技太極推手比賽回歸了傳統(tǒng),成為了眾多太極拳家心目中的太極拳;采用先合手演練,再對抗競技的比賽模式,既堅持了傳統(tǒng)太極拳的"打練結合",也具有濃厚的現(xiàn)代競技體育氣息,是一個突出的創(chuàng)新;在新的競賽規(guī)則引導下,必將形成新的競技太極推手技術體系,這正是十八大提出的"建設優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化傳承體系,弘揚中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化"的具體實踐。以武術競賽實踐弘揚中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:In order to build a martial arts confrontation project with the connotation of Chinese culture, the competition rules of Taichi's hand-pushing are the main research objects, and the competition model and the competition rules of Taichi's hand-pushing are further studied by using the methods of literature, expert interview and experiment. The research has found that, according to the actual need of building a modern martial arts confrontation class competition project, the whole reform idea of the "Define techniques, select techniques, and form a concise technical system" is adopted; and through the competition test, the new competition method not only eliminates the top cattle that have plagued the development of the competition for many years, but also held the clothes, such as wrestling, The phenomenon of full-field running and the like, and the competition of the competitive Taiji push-hand competition is returned to the tradition, so as to form the Taijiquan in the mind of a plurality of Taijiquan; the first-hand exercise is adopted, the competition mode of the competition is used, the "combination of practice and practice" of the traditional Taijiquan is maintained, and the modern competitive sports breath is also provided. It is an outstanding innovation; under the guidance of the new competition rules, a new competitive Taiji push-to-hand technology system will be formed, which is the specific practice of the "To build an excellent traditional culture and inherit system and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of China". It is of great reference value to carry forward the Chinese excellent traditional culture with the practice of martial arts competition.
