足球運(yùn)動專項無氧能力訓(xùn)練設(shè)計實(shí)證研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore whether the design of different forms and load control elements combined ball training methods and means can improve the training effect of football players' special anaerobic ability on the basis of the special characteristics of football events. Methods: twelve men's soccer team members from Beijing University of physical Education were studied. The heart rate monitoring system of Polar Team2 team and Lactate Pro portable blood lactate tester were used. Scientific verification and monitoring analysis are carried out on the designed anaerobic training methods and means of the combined ball. It includes: 1) 2 kinds of different duration special routine anaerobic maximum speed exercises; 2) 2 different interval ratios of regional conversion small field competition anaerobic speed endurance exercises; 3) 2 different interval ratio four door small field competition anaerobic speed endurance exercises. Results: 1) in the special routine exercise, the changes of heart rate and exercise intensity of the two kinds of exercises showed an asynchronous characteristic, while the lactate value of form 1 was close to the quiet value. In form 2, there was a slight increase; (2) there was no significant difference in heart rate and lactate value between the two types of practice in the regional transition competition; (3) in the four-door field competition, the heart rate and blood lactic acid value in form 1 were higher than those in form 2. Conclusion: the design of combined ball training under different load intensity and training control elements can meet the basic requirements of anaerobic ability training in football.
